Tim es una persona muy amable te ayuda si necesitas saber como moverte por la ciudad cuando llegas a ella. La ubicación es perfecta, esta ubicado en un barrio excelente y con mucho movimiento, tienes restaurantes, tiendas, cafes etc.

It was close to Chapel Street

Noisy, cold, no place to put things. Left after two days to a hotel. I lost 4 days. Personally I think I should be refunded because the condition was exaggerated as well as room description. The manager was a really nice guy though. The owner was very rude. Upset because I gave bad review. Windows were not sound proof. Could hear every noise outside on the street. The small heat thing in the room was useless. Owner lady proceeded to write numerous insults to me. I am 65. She accused me of breaking their iron. LIE. She accused me of hiding something in my room. WHAT A LAUGH. She called me a liar at every turn. Called me every name in the book. JUST A RUDE RUDE LADY. I am entitled to my opinion. I told the guy I was leaving because I didnt want to get into a debate about it. The day before I left, I did enquire about getting a room away from the street, but was declined. She then insulted me saying a professional business man would not stay in a Hostel. But also, even though I have owned my own business for 16 years, I was not a professional. I have stayed in 12 Hostels in 4 countries with no issues. I will show you all the things she said to me (I can tell you I was not nice after she accused me of lying, breaking the iron and "hiding something in my room. She also reported me on some Hostel Web Site to "Black-Ball Look at pictures I posted of conversation.

Everything was fine, easy communication and very clean room with private bathroom. Self check-in easy and with clear informations. Perfect position.

Maybe the kitchen could have one more table.

Super séjour ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Tim. Nous avions la chambre 06, propre, bien équipée, salle de bain privative qui à l’air d’avoir été refait il n’y a pas longtemps ( très propre ) , frigo , télévision ( Netflix ), un petit bureau et un lit confortable. La cuisine commune, propre, bien équipée. Une petite cour derrière, lave linge et sèche linge disponible ( 5$ et 4$) . Très bien situé, à côté de Chapel st, plein de magasins et supermarché ainsi que transport. Tim est très réactif et disponible, très gentil il répondra à toutes vos questions. J’ai apprécié ce séjour et je recommande.

La Chambre 06 donne sur une petite cours à côté, on dirait l’arrière de restaurants, il y a un petit peu de bruit des fois jusqu’à tard , sûrement des bruits de « poubelles » , et on entend aussi les portes de l’hôtel quand elle se fermes elle claquent mais rien de grave . Pour la salle de bain je dirais que l’ajout de grand porte serviette serait bien, pour que les serviettes puissent bien sécher.

Tim who only recently took over running the house was fantastic, very helpful and accommodating. Great location - east to get into the city and also loved the local area. Room was comfortable and a good size.

Needs a bit of a thorough clean and a few minor maintenance fixes. Kitchen was a bit of the dirty side.

Convenient location with multiple public transport options around. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. We liked the little balcony attached to the room. Tim was friendly and helpful. Thank you for the flexibility with the check in and out.

The common kitchen area should be cleaned a bit more often. :)
