fantastic location next to the lane with a pub and cafes nearby. Free laundry and a nice small pool with jacuzzi and a sauna ( extra cost for the sauna). Tea, coffee and hot chin the room and a fridge wigh fresh milk.

Perfect location! right next to Windermere with a lovely coffee shop nearby. 15 minute walk into Ambleside.

Very clean.. quite small room but suited us

No loo rolls in room and heating wasn't on at all.. and we had no instructions how to operate . We had to move tv and bend over tv cabinet to turn radiator on..

The room was very clean. It was a little smaller than I was hoping but we were only there for 1 night. Parking is in numbered bays which was perfect. We used the swimming pool which was fantastic, towels provided at the pool, had showers there too, nice and hot.

The location was perfect. The early check in was very good and Kate was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

excellent location at Waterhead and only a 15 minute walk into Ambleside. property was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed.

road noise could be heard inside but a pair of earplugs meant it didn’t really affect our sleep

Excellent location, near the lake and very close to boat hire, kayaks and paddle-boarding. A few pubs with food are nearby and within walking distance. The town of Ambleside is a very short drive or 15 min walk away. The Quaysiders apartment was really excellent. Clean and comfortable and plenty of room for two adults and two kids age 14 and 12. The little swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna were a welcome facility too. The kids loved the pool. It was great to have an allocated parking space. Lovely fresh crisp bed linen and great towels provided. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and crockery.

Our room was immaculate. All the facilities were exactly as described, tea, coffee, towels etc. Great location right at the waterside, as we planned to use the ferries rather than driving during our stay. Staff are all very friendly, free off road parking at the rear of the building which was another bonus. We will definitely be booking again later in the year.

Excellent location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean with everything we needed and the swimming pool was a real bonus.

We loved the swimming-pool, the washing machine and tumble dryer. We liked the well-equipped kitchen and the amount of clean towels provided. Plenty of wardrobe space to store our things.

The double bed and the sofa bed were a bit soft to sleep on and the wi-fi dropped out a couple of times.

Quiet clean apartment with all required facilities. Well situated for walking routes around Windermere and Rydal. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy parking. Plunge pool was useful for a stretch after walking. Would go back to Quaysiders Club.

clean & comfortable. great location directly opposite Lake Windermere. situated at quieter area of Ambleside which we loved!

unfortunately mini fridge was stinking - otherwise property was spotless!
