Channel Islands Harbor (Hafen) und Channel Islands Maritime Museum sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, also lass das Auto einfach an der Unterkunft stehen, die praktische überdachte Parkplätze auf dem Gelände bietet.

Attended a family wedding in Carmarillo, and our family of six adults (3 husband/wife couples) chose this place because of:
1. Location - right across the street from beach access
2. All king or queen beds - Nobody needed to sleep in twin beds
3. Three full bathrooms for getting ready each day
4. Nice living room and dining room table for social time
Photos are accurate, and even though it is a pet friendly home, signs of animal guests was not evident. Great kitchen for stove and microwave cooking. Oven was just ok. There is plenty of cookware, serving and dining pieces.
Only wish was a outdoor grill. This was the first rental without one. Had to change our grilled steaks menu to a roast which wasn't the end of the world.
Comfortable beds, uncomfortable (firm) pillows
Nice area to walk, local (within walking) dining venues just ok. We opted to cook.

We have stayed at beach houses managed by the Remax team for at least 10 years. The team is amazingly helpful and efficient. This house was a favorite. We had an extended-family vacation with 8 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of room! The house is very clean, well equipped and very close to the beach! We highly recommend this house and the Remax Stay at the Sea Team.

It was a great place to see our new grandson. There was plenty of room and close to the beach and harbor. Plenty of places to eat nearby. We got some of the best strawberries from our friends stand Los Posas berries.

This is a spacious home within a short walk of a wide sandy beach. We were visiting during the shoulder season and found the neighborhood to be quiet and pretty interesting to walk around or to ride a bike. It is also within close proximity to several very good restaurants (some with entertainment). I would recommend this home to any family wanting to enjoy a get away.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home! So close to the beach! It was very conveniently located a block or so from my son’s home. We rented the house as we were visiting for his wedding.
We liked the well stocked kitchen for cooking , the bathrooms on each level, the dehumidifier as it was very humid and especially the ocean view from the top floor deck. As we had two walking infant family members, it was necessary to purchase baby gates for their safety around the three stairways.
All in all, a great place to stay!

This house was perfect for a girl's trip. There was 10 of us and we had ample space to rest, lounge, and enjoy each other's company. Would definitely recommend this place for a big group trip.

Had a sweet but short stay that was absolutely great, walks on the beach, jet skiing from the harbor , quiet glass of wine on the rooftop patio. The house is simply perfect, well appointed and personal. Felt so very comfortable. Thanks see you soon. Jonathan and Jennifer .

We have rented many summers in Oxnard and this is one of our favorites. The home is in wonderful condition and the layout was perfect for our large multi-generational family. Although the total square footage is on the smaller side for a 4 bedroom house, but the bedrooms are all good size for sharing, a bathroom on each floor, a dining table that can seat 10, and adequate living room sitting. The upstairs balcony (and many windows) has a great ocean view, as the house across the street is small, and very comfortable outside seating. The location is perfect, in a very quiet area of Hollywood Beach, close to Harbor and beach access is also very close. We will definitely be back!

Property is in a quiet neighborhood and great location for beach view and easy access. Property manager was quick to respond and check in and out process was very easy. Definitely would recommend this property and stay again.
