A family-run business, reasonable price, and they were very accommodating. I had planned to get there by train, the station seems to be quite close, but I ended up going there in my friend's car. The parking is in a closed alley behind the hotel. I parked in the roundabout and went to reception and they explained the location. It is guarded by a gate. You come from the backyard to the front of the hotel. Given the parking situation in downtown San Remo, we parked the car until we left, otherwise we just walked everywhere. The room was nice, nothing to report but nothing bad, your typical two-star hotel room. Newly renovated bathroom. No elevator but they helped with luggage to my 3rd floor room. Very engaging owner, helpful to explain about the hotel and the city. Breakfast was your typical Italian breakfast.

The hotel is in a very handy location if you arrive by train, and both the beach and the city center are near. Plentiful breakfast by Italian standards.

Waking distance from the train station and downtown. I could not have asked for a better location and the value was great!

Five minute walk from the railway station, really friendly helpful staff, good breakfast with very fresh bread, cheese, meat, etc, good value for money.

A mirror in the bedroom for hair, makeup, etc would have been useful.

Location Room Breakfast Staff

Convenient location within walking distance of train station and city, very friendly staff who went out of my way to accommodate a special request I had, pleasant breakfast again made memorable by kind staff and a nice garden setting. The architecture of the building is lovely from the outside.

The room and bathroom were a bit tired but perfectly acceptable for one night, for the price and the fact that I booked late, absence of lift (but again I got help from reception staff upon the steps which was appreciated). No parking on the spot but there is paid parking nearby at the station.

Centrally located

This place shouln't call itself a hotel. Room was very old and a bit dirty - there was sand on the floor and bedsheet. I got reprimanded by an eldery hotel staff member for not waering a face mask - the next day saw the same guy walking around the hotel without face mask. Where is the logic? I travelled across Norther Italy for a week. Stayed in other hotels of this price range, but this one was def the worst...

A clean, good value for money hotel. More than that; I made a silly mistake when parking and the hotel owner went to great lengths to sort out the problem for me.

This house was plenty of charm and familial. The family owners were really open-minded and really helpful for restaurants and visits.

The breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful! The owner of the hotel is friendly and can give good tips on where to go and what to do in the city. I came to this hotel with my husband and 7 year old daughter and our holiday went really well! The location of the hotel is great in the center of Sanremo. The hotel is in a little garden with nice flowers. A really great way to wake up for breakfast in the morning!
