The staff was extremely kind and helpful. They went out of their way for us for anything we needed from surfing lessons, massages to feeling ill.

Amazing little villa with amazing service. The property is very well maintained and spotless. The rooms are also very nice and comfortable. Fully air conditioned! Our room had living room and kitchen which was cool. 1 pools and and my kids love the place.

The only thing I did not like is there is no restaurant at the hotel

This hotel is very relaxing and is only a few feet from the beach. It has a small dining area inside the villa which is great if you want to stay in and enjoy food in your villa. However there isn’t many dining areas nearby so plan accordingly if you are looking for something quick to eat.

Truly amazing experience! We loved the villa, perfect for our family of four. The pool area was so nice and clean. Aura and staff are so helpful. We went to eat a few beach towns down (Cadejo and Beto’s) and she helped us by getting us a driver to and from! We recommend going and buying food items at a local store called “la casona” it’s a short walk and Mrs.Flor was so nice. We bought pupusas on the beach! Delicious. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely stay again. You can cook in the villa.

Wish there was a bar or restaurant on site but overall great experience.

Lots of Rock and no walkway to the Beach, rocks extremely slippery with no sandy areas making it extremely difficult to use/access ocean.

The property itself is very private and the villas were immaculate. Very nice amenities on hand or available if asked. Beautiful pool right next to beach with lovely private cabanas. Only downside is that there are few dining options nearby and zero activities so you’re just really stuck there if you have no car. The hotel itself offers no food or drinks and there’s little in the surrounding area.

Once the gates are open its a whole other environment.

My husband and I had an incredible stay at Coco Surf. We enjoyed the privacy & comfortable space. Location is perfect for day trips or just exploring the coast. Will come again!

I enjoyed upon entering the property someone was readily available to greet me and give me instructions as well as suggestions. The villa was spacious, had air conditioning, and plenty living room and outdoor space for the kids. It was very convenient as it was close to El Tunco and Sunset Park which are the main attractions around the area.

This is a beautiful property. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff is friendly and helpful. It is a quiet , clean & private place to stay. The beach is right there. The house was perfect. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You can walk to a couple of restaurants on the beach. They are small, family type restaurants, but nonetheless the breakfast was good. And cheap. Outside of the entrance gate , there are also small restaurants or places that sell food. The experience was very enjoyable. We will return in the future.

Location was good. Off the beaten path a bit but you could walk the beach to a few little restaurants. 15 min drive to El Tunco for shops and nightlife. Furniture coud have been more comfortable (cement "couches" with a pad over them). Door seals had large cracks so a few ants got in. Overall though, a nice relaxing place. Would visit again

This place is beautiful!! The staff was great and always alert! My kids had a blast in the pool and beach. The waves are strong sooo be careful dont go to far in. The air conditioner was great in the bedrooms kept it nice and super cold. The living room area does not have air conditioner but its okay because its breezy outside. Keep window and doors open and you will be fine. We ate most of our foods outside and had a great time. They provide olive oil and the pots and pans with the dishes only need to worry about buying your groceries. 😁 The corner store at the end of the road is great! She has bread, tortillas, avocados, and all the snacks for a great price and she is super friendly. The pupusa from Luis around the coner store is also great! You should try them out. Theres also a little shop on the beach to your right where you can get your beer and a fresh coconut while your relaxing on the beach for cheap. We will definitely come back! It was a GREAT EXPERIENCE!! Thank you Coco Surf for this great birthday trip for my son and us!

Our stay at Coco Surf was very pleasant from the moment Aura greeted us with a welcoming smile. She let us know everything we needed to know and also helped us when we decided we needed to request a bbq grill. The property is beautiful and during this time of the year it was very quiet and we even got the pool to ourselves for one day. It has easy access to the beach with black sand and a cabana overlooking the beach as well. Overall everything was great the only thing I would recommend is to have transportation because there isnt too much food options around. We tried lunch at Copacabana but it was overpriced for what they served. We would definitely stay again!!

Hosts were very communicative and responsive. They were also understanding and receptive with any of our needs during our stay. The property is beautiful, and we will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We stayed here our last 2 nights in El Salvador and it was a perfect way to wind down the trip and the proximity to the airport is great. The beachfront, gated location can't be beat. I really liked the layout of the grounds. The outdoor seating with hammocks in each villa was great. The pool location next to the beach with the outdoor showers is convenient. I especially loved that the spacious canopy beds are assigned to each villa as to avoid any issues with the other hotel guests. Lucky for us our canopy was in a prime location overlooking the beach with unobstructed views. Right down the street is a small, independent supermarket that sells almost anything you'd need. There was also Juan Antonio selling his delicious minutas right on the beach - Yum! Overall the villas are spacious but unfortunately they sacrificed square footage in the bathrooms as they were tiny! Our villa had (2) but the hallway bath was so tiny you could barely close the door when you were inside and the floor got all wet when you took a shower. The water pressure wasn't great and you couldn't flush any paper in the toilets which is understandable. Suggestions - provide extra garbage bags in the bathrooms. Equip each villa with a broom and dustpan as the floors get sandy and dirty from all the in and out from the beach. Provide 1 or 2 kitchen towels so as not to have to use so many paper towels to keep drying your hands/dishes. Overall a great property for a beach getaway.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Coco Surf. Staff was very accommodating and very kind. I should note that our host was perfectly fluent in English so foreigners should feel particularly welcome when coming to this getaway. The rooms were much larger than I expected and each had personalised air conditioning units. Television with loads of entertainment for the kids. I should also note that the kitchen was well-stocked with all the basic needs met.

Only twelve accomodations, each with their own cabana beach side. very cool. very safe. cooking may require some patience as only a two position hot plate is made available. Very close to the port of La Libertad which has excellent dining, entertainment, and shopping options.

What I liked about Coco Surf was that each villa is well maintain, its secure with a security and cameras. Staff is very friendly, and attentive. Easy access to the beach.

Safe and a touch of sophistication. If you’re looking for a quaint get-away place with 24-hour security, 2 rooms with 2 baths, fully furnished with style, parking, access to a pool and beach, potable water - hot and cold, and AC! Coco Surf is the place for you and your friends and/or family. The place is secluded but easily accessible to some of the dining and premier hotel restaurants with a 10min or less Uber ride. The only thing I would recommend is consider replacing the doors with a 4-digit keyless entry to add an updated touch. Thanks for a great stay. Will book again soon.

It was my first time visiting El Salvador and it was truly such an experience. The hotel alone was amazing and right on the beach. I’ve already recommended this hotel to many of my friends :)
