Beautifully appointed and spacious. Loved the simple breakfast included that was pre packaged for freshness and with a note saying we should also take any left with us in our packs for snacks during the day. Also included free parking. Great recommendation of restaurant for dinner, that provided a real Bari food and wine experience.

A little hard to get into but once we read the instruction provided by what’s app on arrival it was fine.

La cama es cómoda y la terraza agradable.

El anuncio se publica como "habitación con vistas al mar" lo cual NO es real, porque se ve mínimamente algo de agua y a una distancia enorme. Además, se indica que el desayuno viene incluido. Lo que se facilita es un pequeño ágape, no un desayuno para 2 adultos en una estancia de 2 días. La calidad además de los productos es pésima. Algo de bollería industrial y 4 cápsulas de café. No hay ni cucharitas ni servilletas. Si se anuncia como "apartamento con vistas al mar" y "desayuno incluido", eso no lo ofrece este apartamento.

The host was very friendly and kept in contact. He prepared for us a variety of italian breakfast to choose from. Also arranged the apartment for us to feel comfortable for a family of 4.

We enjoyed an amazing stay and would happily visit again. Everything was perfect from start to the end. The apartment is beautiful, modern, spacious, very clean with smart technologies. Location also great,close to the beach only 2 minutes by walk. We really appreciate Giuseppe, the host is very kind, helpful, careful and selfles person, always with smile on his face a ready to help - he does his work with love a special care, which is not often seen today. He has prepared gluten free breakfast for us. We fully recomended Oltremare if you want to spend unique and wonderful time.❤️ Thank you for everything❤️

It was clear, good organised apart: everything was nearby: sea coast, supermarket, fruits and vegetables stands. The house is on the second line. The owner speaks English, which is very unusual for Bari. The bus stop is very close and allows you easily to get to tge city center. The sand beaches are very close.

I booked the place for me and my family: my wife, me, our senior son (4 years) and a 1-year son. I paid everything in advance. Before one day of our arrival I was informed about a cot for my younger son. I was offered two options. I had to accept one of them for extra money, as I have already paid for the apart and tickets. This extra sum was taken in cash (not via booking com). I think it is not justful, as I booked an apart for 4 persons, putting all of members (with their ages) in the reservation list. It means that the apart should imply beds for all members, extra things should be for betterments, not for the basic things. There was not a kitchen with a sink. Athough it was in the description. It was uncomfortable, as we had to wash fruits for evenings in the bathroom (which was not good). There were several shelves as a kitchen (with microwave, coffeemaker and teapot). The included breakfast was full of sweet (muffins etc) products. Usually we try to keep children away from too much sweet and starchy foods, but we were in a trap this time, as kids could not stop asking for them, we decided it is not so harmful for 5 days and allowed them to eat. However we expected more healthy breakfasts. My whole mood was ruined by this cot, no, it was not so expensive, but I was left with the feeling that I was being deceived. I don't like this feeling. And I think that such things cause more damage to the owner than the money he receives.

Location was ideal for leaving early to the airport. Host was friendly and explained us everything on WhatsApp. Room was clean.

Would not recommend it to use the stay for anything else as an early airport leave, it’s quite far form Bari centre. Not much to see in the area.

Very comfortable and clean, spacious apartment with the sea view, really close to the stone beach ;) sand beach nearby. I recommend to spend there evening by watching beautiful sunset;) Our host Giuseppe - very nice and supportive host we have ever meet :) he's ready to help any time ;) we really appreciate the time we've spent there and can recommend Oltremare to everyone:)

Breakfast in the apartment - was really good and very high quality, but most of products were sweet one's, which is what we do not prefer to eat in the morning, so our subjective advice is to maybe change it a little bit and add some dry products like cheese, meat products or vegetables:)

Oltremare is very close to the sea.

Oltermare a little far from the city center of Bari

Great location a few steps from a nice beach. The suite had everything we needed, and it was abundantly stacked with goodies-juices, milk, snacks, and continental breakfast items. Our host was wonderful- accommodating, caring and always available for any questions, even recommended a great place to eat.

The room is fantastic and very well-equipped and looks even better than in the pictures. Our host was truly amazing. Even tho we only spent 1 night there he went out of his way to help us in every way. Before arrival we got a detailed explanation of where to go, how to enter the room, what equipment can we find there, and how to use it, and it was also shown to us in person. We got help with how to get into the City, where to print out our airplane tickets, and where to eat... literally, any question we had was answered in a few minutes. It really helped us to enjoy our stay in Bari even more.

Public transport is a bit complicated. Even tho there is a bus that takes you into the city in about half an hour and really cheap, google maps and iPhone map doesn't show it for some reason. We have our host to thank for the instructions on how to find it.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Giusepe assisted us with everything, from information on where to eat and when to travel to calls of interest.

Although Oltremare is near to the beach we need to walk 1 kilometers to find a good beach with sand , quiosque and infrastructure

Nice and cozy apartments, easy and quick contactless check-in (super detailed instructions were sent beforehand), good location (beachfront, several supermarkets and restaurants around), comfortable balcony with side sea view. Special thanks to friendly and helpful host, ready to support with every single question you could think about for warm welcome and a lot of useful information and tips provided.

Soundproofing is not the best, sometimes you can hear your neighbours.
