I love the fact that it’s somewhat secluded in its own little cove private from the other hotel beaches further down. The food was amazing Hats off to the chef every thing I tried was even better than the last who knew, out of this world food. A plus dining . Very clean too and everyone is right there to help out when you need it even when you don’t.😊

Nothing We love everything about our stay

O Hotel é novo, toda equipe é muito atenciosa, me surpreendi positivamente. O Hotel tem ótima estrutura, praia particular, ótima cama e roupa de cama. Tem 2 águas(sem gelo) de cortesia e um frigobar que funciona, mas estava vázio. Poderia ter doces, salgados e bebidas no minibar, mas não tinha nada. Isso obviamente não chegou a ser um problema, uma vez que o hotel tem ótimos restaurantes e locais em volta que você pode comprar essas coisas. O hotel também tem um ótimo café no térreo para este tipo de compra de pequenos lanches, bebidas e doces. Já com relação ao café da manhã do hotel, que é servido no térreo, o hospede tem duas opções, o menu a la carte, comprando e pagando o que escolher no menu individualmente ou um buffet a vontade, que custa 36 dollares por pessoa e é muito muito bom. Fiz a inclusão do café da manhã direto na reserva aqui do booking e ficou bem mais barato, ficou uns 30 dollares a mais o casal, ao invés dos 72 dollares que eu pagaria la na hora o casal. No inverno a água da praia é muito gelada, mas obviamente isso não é culpa do hotel. Mas no geral, gostei muito do hotel, valeu a pena, Recomendo. A localização é boa, da pra ir a pé para o centro das lojas e restaurantes, mas eu preferi ir de carro.

Achei a diária do estacionamento cara, 42 dollares.

Breakfast buffet was awesome. I loved getting up every morning and having coffee on our balcony. We had a very nice room with plenty of space. Last but not least valet was Great!

Hands down I travel all over foreign and domestic and by far the best hospitality I have ever experienced. From the front desk staff thru the housekeeping untouchable

Was the confusion about the pool hours. No specific time of operating hours the security guard told guests to leave when she felt it was time to go While staying for a week guests were told it was time for closing a few times around 8 and other times after 9. When we asked what were the pool hours most staff at the pool gave us different times. When on vacation guests want to relax and wind down at the pool after a long day. Other than that the place was awesome

I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE. I loved how we were treated like royalty. They wouldn't let you do anything. More than anything, the cordiality at all times and how they make sure you have everything at your fingertips.

I have nothing to complain about.

Requirement to prepay on arrival almost meant me getting back on a plane the same day as I had expected to pay on departure. You should make this clearer in advert and also state resort fee which was only advised once I got there. I did not use or need the resort facilities

The hotel is very beautiful. Nice location. Great food at the restaurant.

Water started dripping from the light in the bathroom. But the hotel offered us to take showers in the spa.

The staff were so helpful, polite and friendly. The building was amazing. The energy is high class and peaceful! The room was 150% best room I have ever stayed in at any beach. (Room 1610) view was amazing, bedrooms were spacious and the washer and dryer in unit was perfect!

Location was great, service was phenomenal and the private beach and rooftop pool was pleasant.
