It is a beautiful apartment with great architectural features. Spotlessly clean (I am such a fuss) and spacious. Artwork is wonderful. Location is perfect. Just walk out the door and you're in the middle of everything. I was very well taken care of by Luis, who was in constant communication and even went out of his way to accommodate our arrival schedule. He also gave us some great recommendations for restaurants, which we took advantage of. I am bookmarking this apartment for our next visit to Lisbon.

We stayed in this great apartment at the end of December and had a lovely stay. The apartment worked great for our family of five - plenty of space for everyone to have a little privacy and space at the end of the day. And Monica was so helpful getting us checked in and helping arrange a few tours. On that - highly recommend the Cintra day tour with Sophia! The location of the property was great for getting around and seeing the things we wanted to see. The food was great, city was very welcoming, and the history and architecture - so fun to explore. We would definitely stay in this apartment again. Great experience. We ate out, so can’t comment on the kitchen but did note that it seemed to have everything you might need if you planned to eat in. Oh - and Monica left us wine and dessert at check-in. Really lovely and thoughtful!

We stayed as a multigenerational family of seven (ages 5-81). This was centrally located in the Baxia steps away from great food, music, and transportation. Our host welcomed us and gave a thorough introduction to both the apartment and the area. Several balconies overlooking the streets made for great people watching and relaxing evenings. Would 100% stay again!

Property managers Martin and Luis communicated promptly, answered many questions and provided us with excellent suggestions for restaurants in the area. This apartment was just as depicted and was immaculate. Highly recommended!

This lovely apartment is located in a great central spot for accessing all of the tourist activities in Lisbon. The owner met us on arrival and he went the extra mile to be sure we enjoyed our time in Lisbon, arranging some great tours for us, and recommending restaurants. We highly recommend Diva Apartment!

Lovely flat in old Lisbon was great location!

Our family of 6 (4 adults and 2 teenagers) stayed in this great apartment for four nights. Diva Apartments communicated with us well before check-in with offers to help arrange tours or whatever we needed. Martin met us at the apartment at check-in and spent a lot of time walking us through the unit and telling us about restaurants, tours, etc. He helped us arrange a 4 hour TukTuk tour of Lisbon (highly recommend) and an all day private tour to Sintra. Martin was very responsive to any questions or needs we had and patiently worked with us when we needed a little help understanding the washer/dryer. The apartment is very secure, requiring a code to enter the building plus other security features. The location couldn't have been better. Restaurants and shopping were a very easy walking distance away. There were several markets nearby to buy groceries. Numerous points of interest were within an easy walking distance. Many streets and sidewalks are cobblestone, so comfortable, sturdy shoes are a necessity. We would definitely stay in this apartment again if we return to Lisbon.

The apartment was great, very nice. There was AC only in the living room and in none of the bedrooms, but for mid June it was OK. There was a sad mix-up in the late check-in, where the instructions were not clear enough, and we were surprised to find another family in our apartment. I hope they will improve the process around the late check in since it was a suboptimal experience

We had a fantastic short stay in Lisbon in this lovely 3 bedroom flat - it was just right for 3 generations of family, celebrating a special birthday. The apartment is nicely furnished, with comfortable beds and interesting artworks. The kitchen is well equipped and the whole place was spotlessly clean. It's in a fantastic part of the city, walking distance to all of the old city's sights and squares. We had a good meal at the Taverna da Lis opposite the apartment. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly. Martin was very good at communicating with us and ensuring our check in was easy. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Central location, near everything we wanted to see. Great amenities - well stocked kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. Really appreciated the washer and drying rack. Fantastic host with a great introduction to the apartment. Cannot recommend enough.

Beautiful apartment right in the heart of the Baixa district. It was close to the metro, the trams, and the buses, making it very easy to get around. The bathrooms were nice and modern with great water pressure. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need. The beds were a bit hard but we still slept fine. Very close to all the shops and restaurants but it was very well insulated from noise.

We really enjoyed our short stay in Diva II! The apartment is nicely decorated, very clean and has everything you need. We loved getting breakfast down the street at the Copenhagen Coffee Lab (recommended by the host). We walked everywhere with no problem. The check in process was easy. Catarina met us at the apartment, showed us around, and answered our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was a winner for us. The location was absolutely perfect - walkable to many restaurants and shops, nightlife, trains, attractions etc. The hosts were very nice and helpful. They also welcomed us with a nice care package. The unit is large and well equipped. We had 5 adults plus a baby and it was very comfortable. Like all older buildings, it was not perfect, but the location made up for that and more. I would highly recommend.

The apartment was just as it appeared online and is in a great location for exploring the city. Martin and his team were very communicative and responsive. All in all, a great stay.

Excellent property and perfect location. We spent a month and this flat was in a great location for most places that we wanted to get to. Otherwise, it was a short Uber ride away. We totally enjoyed our time and would come again. Since we spent a month, we came to love Lisbon. The flat was quiet and the kitchen a very nice size. Since we were staying so long we wanted a bigger property and Diva 1 fit the requirements.

No other word to describe. Perfect location, perfect apartment! Communication with Martin, Mafalda and Catarina was exceptional. Well appointed apartment, high end finishes and linens. Will stay again when I go back to Lisbon!

Martin’s flat was just beautiful, with wonderful artwork and in a great location to begin our exploration of Lisbon! The checkin process was simple and very thorough, as they met us at the apartment to explain everything. It had all the necessities and they were so kind to leave a gift basket. On top of that, Martin so generously delivered earrings that I forgot to the place we stayed next. It was a lovely experience in a fantastic flat. We would absolutely stay again!!.

Great location. This is our second trip to Lisbon and stay in the Biaxa. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a well appointed kitchen. All the little extras that make your stay enjoyable. The communication with the owner was very good. Mafalda was very helpful and was flexible to meet us at the apartment even when I flight was 3 hours late. We appreciated the extra effort given the rigors of international travel. We would stay there again. :)

What a perfect place to start our Portugal vacation! Martin was very accommodating, meeting us at the apartment so late at night. The apartment was wonderfully appointed, with comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms and a very spacious kitchen. The neighborhood was centrally located, which made either walking or taking public transport easy. I would 100% return to this location!

Beautiful apartment full of character in a perfect location in central Lisbon. We walked to everything we wanted to see: restaurants, attractions, shops, etc. Air conditioning and comfortable beds were greatly appreciated!
