Had a lovely stay at Trading Boundaries, have never been made to feel so welcome during an overnight stay, received friendly and exceptional service throughout and the breakfast was delicious. A fantastic family run business in a beautiful location.

We had the most incredible experience at trading boundaries! By far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Me and my partner have agreed we will be making a bimonthly visit as we had such a good time. I seriously can’t recommend this place enough! It’s worth every penny. The room was absolutely stunning, breakfast was lovely and the surroundings were beautiful. Big thank you to all the staff, they really made such a wonderful impression and made us feel so welcome.

Amazingly unique place, with great decor and regular live music (amazing music taste)
Food is absolutely delicious, fresh and cooked with care and love.
I believe it’s a family business so everything is very homely and friendly the owner puts heart and soul and so much love in the place.
The rooms are spectacular and unique and clean. Well provided and looked after.
There are cute little villages and parks and nearby restaurants that do serve nice meals and locally sourced.
We are very happy to come across this place as it’s one of the most unique and happy experience for us. Small but mighty. There’s so much to appreciate about this place. The shop has variety of bits and bobs that are super cute to look at and buy as souvenir. There’s a gallery to indulge on. Furniture in the house is beautiful and vibrant. Truely amazing and unique experience for us, would love to come back again in the future.

Beautiful settings, Warm Welcome, relaxed atmosphere, plenty of parking next to accommodation. Rooms and theme/ decor was Amazing. Excellent customer service & the Continental Breakfast was really good. It would have been great to experience an event at this property but there are plenty of options for dining only short drive away in surrounding villages.

Loved our stay. The property rooms apartments are tastefully decorated clean and spacious. Grounds are beautifully kept. There is a nice walk right around the property that we loved. Continental breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Our host Tracy was kind and always happy to help with anything. We will be back!

Lovely Sussex country setting. The bedrooms are all very cosy and tastefully decorated. The bathroom in our suite was very luxurious. Modern tv in the room with streamed channels available. Plenty of sockets for charging phones, etc.

We had a wonderful couple of days at Trading Boundaries. We enjoyed the wonderful ambience and the relaxed surroundings on the days we were there. We hope to be back in the near future to partake of one of the intimate music concerts that they regularly host.

Oli was very helpful recommending the Coach and Horses in Danehill a couple of miles away which serves fantastic food before we checked in. He gave us very clear instructions and left key in key safe. Room 7 was everything you could wish for.

We had a lovely break in this beautiful venue. Everything in the room and around the property was so well thought of and stylish, the atmosphere was great. Everyone was very kind and helpful. We'd love to come back and try one of their jazz nights.

Trading Boundaries is a lovely place . The rooms and grounds are beautiful and the staff are great. I can highly recommend. We booked a mezzanine family room as we were travelling with our adult daughter and we were all very impressed and loved the decor. Breakfast was very good too.

Lovely staff! The rooms are all modern, clean with all facilities clean and working. I had a great night sleep 8 hours! Continental breakfast was good and a nice courtyard area to sit in. Will book again

We spent 3 nights here and loved it - and would like to come back. Really nice and spacious family room in two levels, tastefullly decorated, Indian-style. Great breakfast with the BEST croissants! Friendly staff. We highly recommend Trading Boundaries!

What an amazing find!!! Absolutely beautiful!! Staff are incredible, friendly and there to ensure guests are not only welcome but comfortable and relaxed. The room(s) are new and wonderfully furnished. Even the tea and coffee in the room(s) are above grade. The Sheffield has an incredible history and kudos to the owners for restoring such a piece of local history. There’s an excellent shop featuring Indian pieces but sadly I couldn’t fit many in my suitcase. We’ll return!! ❤️

Lack of freeview TV might be challenging for some guests. I streamed Netflix etc but not got an account it might be difficult.
As someone who spends most nights in hotels/B&Bs for work, I would suggest they 1. put blinds on windows and velux loft window for light sleepers, 2. offer more options for breakfast (current offering is toast or croissant).

What a find!, staying away regularly each week for work I try to find independent businesses.
Trading Boundaries was a lovely surprise, it is a beautiful cafe, art gallery and music venue, with a quiet courtyard containing beautifully furnished rooms. The rooms are not overly large, but very well laid out. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, with big white fluffy towels in the small yet functional shower room. Lovely selection of teas. WiFi was very good. The hosts very welcoming. I didn’t get to eat in the beautiful cafe but it was busy. The only downside is that breakfast isn’t until 9, so if you had to leave early for work it’s not ideal. Advertising the rooms other than for those attending functions is new to the business, so as they get more established with the working traveler I am sure they will adapt. Highly recommend, and I will be staying again.
