It is new and very clean! All facilities are well maintained. Confortable beds. Clean sofa. Good show on tv with streaming app. Pool table is a nice thing to have to keep the kids occupied. Shower gel and shampoo provided. Plenty of towels. The extra bed were also clean. Love this clean apartment! 👍👍

Nothing! (But the toilet bowl can do with a bit more cleaning. And there is no hot water in the master bedroom’s toilet. —- these are small compared to the other things the apartment offers)

The apartment is totally clean & comfortable. The facilities like smart TV with good wifi connection, we can watch what movie we like, washing machine, cloth dryer, and water filter, convenience for us. The owner also provide a snooker table for kids to play. Beautiful night view can see half of Melaka town. I Highly recommended and will definitely come back again.

The place was clean and spacious to accommodate our family of 10. The view was amazing and checking in and out was easy and smooth. Its worth the stay!

Theres nothing that displeases my first time experience but nevertheless it will be great to have improvements such as offering complimentary sachets of coffee and sugar, installing a microwave in the kitchen, and lastly offering an iron board for use.

The cleanliness, the clothes dryer ,the host,,the pool table which my kids love it the most. The place was really well clean by the cleaner,they were very friendly and nice. The unit was really very comfortable to stay in and was impressed by the good maintained by the host. The host was very nice and fast in replying my message with the booking of the gym.

Umm maybe the toilet seat as it had stain on it.

Our apartment is for 6pax, 2 bedrooms apartment with 2 toilets (one next to the kitchen in the common area & another is attached in a 2 queen sized beds bedroom). Situated on a high floor with a very good, unblocked view of Melaka. Facilities available are an Infinity pool, outdoor playground, gym and BBQ pits (optional booking for gym and bbq pit). Location near to The Shore Sky Tower & Shopping Gallery. Within walking distance to Jonker Street or 5 min drive away. The owner also has a 120cm long billiard pool table set in the apartment for us to entertain ourselves. Also has Netflix and TV games. The beds are comfortable. Bath towels, shampoo and shower gel were provided. Great to have a water filter system in the apartment :) . The owner was very helpful in helping us to book the gym and kind enough to allow us to check out slightly later. THANK YOU!

No hand towels and hand soap in the toilet. Insufficient toilet rolls for 6 pax. The gym needs to request the owner to book for us. Daily pool maintenance from 11 am to 1 pm which we did not have access to (gym and pool). We had issues throwing our trash daily as there isn't any dumping area on our level :( The staff at ground level said they only discard thrash for their local residents and guests like us need to bring down our thrash to level 1 :(( There was a power trip on our 2nd night while we were watching a movie. Electricity came back in the middle of the night but later was informed that there would be a power shutdown from 10 am to 5 pm. Good think it was on our last day of stay and it did not affect us much since we went to the outdoor playground to chill for an hour before we checked out the apartment. Cannot imagine those who stayed on, it was a very humid and hot season.

Nice view from room, would be even better if the unit faces the sea side. Comfy living room. Wifi checked. Facilities are well equipped, there's a portable electric clothes dryer at the yard, which is a plus point. The infinite pool at 24th floor is the best!

Pillows are a bit too high, my neck hurted the next day morning. Hopefully there were some low profile pillows too. The small room needs a better window curtain. The window blind can't do much on the lights from corridor. The pool table is different with the one in promote pictures, which is much smaller and less stable. It was quite a let down, but we still had a great time with it.

IF YOU ARE BOOKING GRAB THE LITTLE INDIA STREET IS VERY NEAR. THERE IS LOTS OF RESTUARANTS ARE AVAILABE IN VARIETY CHOICES.

Everything is like. My family members like the residence.
