The accomodation is very well located around the corner of the piazza del popolo. The room with a little balcony is nice and obviously just renovated. Perfectly done with a small but perfect bathroom.

super friendly staff always available to help call a taxi or give fantastic dinner ideas or interesting walks. comfortable beds and super quiet. breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. plus the breakfast room was super cute!

Our host was quite helpful with dinner suggestions and places to see. Also worked with us to checkin early and accommodate our parking.

The room is a little small but met our needs for a one night stay.

Staff were exceptionally helpful. We were met at the parking, which was fairly close to the accommodation, and he helped us carry our luggage. The decor is somewhat eclectic but the room / kitchen were very well equipped.

Kitchen use (common, we understood from description it was private) was not included, even though we were allowed to use the fridge, the boiler and the coffee machine. Toilet seat was broken and Sky channels aren't the best, nowadays. Bed was short and small

I use a cane, walking distance to Bank, pharmacy and restaurant. Conveniently located. Staff was very helpful, took bags to second floor room for me.

The managerial staff was very receptive and helpful. The location was superb. Overnight parking was excellent.

Location was central

Unfortunately, out of the 4 guest houses we stayed in during our trip to Italy, this was the most expensive one and we only had a fridge. We had to park our car 15 minute walk from the property. All of our other houses had full amenities and parking right out front (Pitigliano, Montepulciano, Fiumicino) and those prices were much cheaper and you got way more than we did at Valentina. The room looks a bit tired. Could use some updating (USB charge stations)
