The rooms were a good size and very clean. Staff were helpful. Location was good too, close to tram stops and the central station. Good value for money too

Position useful both for a walk to the medieval city centre and to the Royal Garden. The room I got is quite big, clean and warm. A satisfying breakfast gives the right start to the day A reasonable ratio quality/price

I'm sorry to say that the various messages sent in German to my mail to check in and out were a bit frustrating. Luckily both the receptionists spoke English, they were helpful and supportive.

Cosy, boutique style hotel. Surprisingly quiet and private even though 5 minutes from centre. Nice, functional yet comfortable rooms, comfy bed. Staff super kind and accommodating, the day I checked out I had to take an online meeting and they let me use the breakfast room, for 3 hours. They saved me a lot of stress and the hassle of searching for a quiet place to work. Recommend this hotel for any kind of stay.

no elevator. Wi-Fi was not working during our first day. no cleaning service during our 3-day-stay. luggage storage only to 3pm, after that, help yourself.

Although it's forbidden to smoke in the room, there were smell of cigarette smoke from the street, most probably because all the guests smoke on the terrace

The bed was comfy, the bathroom was beautiful and the room had windows you could slightly open. Other than the dust, it was clean.

The room was filled with dust, we had to keep the windows open, it was very small and it felt a bit unsafe (however, the pincode system was nice). The television had Netflix but no connection so we couldn't log in if we wanted to. Also, the room had no ketel.

The hotel was fine.

Getting into it - no staff and my in-laws (who I booked this for) are Ukrainian... no English, No german. This was flagged up by me in advance but not taken into account
