Absolutely horrible, we took one look at the room and left! This hotel shouldn’t be on your site it’s the worst hotel I’ve ever seen!

I ended up reserving here at the last minute for family weekend at RIT because my other plans got cancelled on me the day of. This was literally the only place available. As I was standing in line at the desk I heard the manager tell the staff to cancel all outstanding reservations because of an overbooking issue, so I was very relieved to get a room, knowing there was NOTHING else available. When I got to my room I got the call that my reservation was cancelled, but I already had my room, so I was good. The room was... Not clean. It smelled off, the carpet was sticky, and suspicious stains everywhere. There was one cup, one of those tiny bars of soap, 1 roll of toilet paper, and nothing else. The TV was tiny, the remote didn't work, and the heat emitted a terrible smell when I turned it on. The door didn't open without me smashing it open with my shoulder, and the water in the shower wouldn't fully turn off. All that said, the beds were VERY comfortable, and because the fan on the HVAC was so loud it drowned out the constant sounds of kids screaming and dogs barking, my kid and I slept incredibly well. At the end of the day (har har) a good night's sleep is the most important part of motel stay.

Asked for a reasonably quiet room (not facing a highway, for example) and ended up in a room next to the pet friendly wing across from three dogs. Barking at 3:30a and 5a, respectively. After asking the front desk to relocate never heard back and after following up was told that nothing can be done and that hotel staff would talk to the dogs’ owner since they had multiple guests complain about the same before. Stayed two nights, overall 1.5-2 starts experience.

I still haven't got my 50$ deposit back, and I went through and cleaned the room myself before I left

Have to say first that the staff was really kind. The bed was comfortable. Shower pressure and temp were great. The place needs a remodel. The smell of MJ was pungent and consistent. The door lockkey mechanism was coming away from the door panel. The A/C worked, but needs updated. Only solid hand soaps were provided. Priced low, but man... smh

Nasty disgusting place; hotels.com told me 330p checkout only to be kicked out just now at noon for missing 11am checkout. ZERO internet as advertised; this place is a disgusting joke and will never stay here or any other. The windows DON’T LOCK! These three pics are just the surface - can’t upload them all.

No coffee and no hair dryer no shampoo and conditioner.

Friday night, the smoke detector would not stop beeping. (the tv was also damaged, and the promised amenities were not present, namely the mini fridge) so we had to change rooms.... we changed rooms, showered, and slept. Saturday, we had to get new key cards (no biggie really, just another issue of many). Saturday night the shower's hot water no longer worked. at all. I waitied 20-40 m and kept trying but nothing. I didn't want to move again, we were exhausted (work trip). I contacted hotels.com and they basically said they could only do a $30 credit. disappointing to say the least. would NEVER stay here again. Front desk girl was absolutely wonderful, but everything else was horrendous.
