Very nice courtyard. Individual self contained room. It was a shame we Cld not get all three rooms

The stairs going up to the house. We had a 80year old n 76 yr old couple. They struggled up n down the stairs I think the booking shld state stairs involved.

Great location and a very clean room with a wonderful garden. The host, Anica, is very nice and friendly and was available for anything we needed.

The room was at a nice place in the new district of Dubrovnik. Very polite and cooperative host. Beutiful view. 20-30 minutes by foot to the Old town. Bus station near to the Anica's place.

The bus drivers in Dubrovnik wanted us to pay with exact money for our tickets. No credit card accepted.

Loved our stay here was private, felt so comfortable and happy during our stay

Everything was great, hosts are great and very friendly and all our requests were fulfilled asap. We could pick their tomatoes and peppers - taste remanded us of childhood :), in addition of free passing turtles and cricket song on olive tree. Apartment is new, kitchen great, beds very comfortable, slept like a baby, even without air conditioner on it was very pleasant inside. Garden is great, we was working from home, it was great and quiet.

The first and major negative side is STAIRS! It should be mentioned when booking to prepare yourself. Parking lot is pretty far from app - 5-7 min walk with 63 steep stairs to climb with lots of luggage was pretty challenging even for us sporty people in pretty good physical condition. I will not recommend it to older people. One thing missing in bathroom and the hall - hangers or some hooks, in the kitchen - cleaning supplies, and extra knife would be nice.

This property was clean and well appointed. With a lovely bakery near by and a grocery just down the road everything you needed was nearby. Parking was essential for us and convenient though if you are planning to use your car often this could be an issue as you need to be allowed in and out of the parking lot by Anica or her son. (this was not a problem for us and they were always helpful and kind.) The garden is beautiful and the smell of flowers and roses around the property is stunning.

The bus servicing the property is not often punctual which resulted in us ubering into old town. This ultimately was not a problem as the Uber took 5 minutes and gave us a good view of the city and cost the same amount of money as the bus would have.

Lovely Garden with space to lounge or enjoy a meal, Well furnished room/studio, Very responsive and friendly hosts, Secured parking at the bottom of the stairs and 20 minute walk to the old town

Dining options were a bit of a walk but there are plenty around the port, old town etc. so wasn't much of a problem. Property is on a hillside and few might find it difficult to climb up the stairs to reach the property. We didn't have a problem with this and found it quite nice.
