Great place to host dinners for a group work outing!

My husband, friends, and myself had an amazing time on our first group vacation to the Osage Beach area. The house is exactly as described! It’s located in a quiet neighborhood. We weren’t able to use the pool our first day there due to issues with the pump. Things got resolved the next day and we had so much fun!!

We enjoyed our Osage Beach vacation. The house was spacious and had a great game room for the kids to enjoy. The property has plenty of parking. The house is in a good location - close to many of the activities offered in Osage Beach. We loved the pool. We did feel several of the mattresses were uncomfortable due to having wood slats.

The pool was the big draw for us! All in all, we had a great stay. Nice big house, quiet, lots of deer roaming through the yard. It was a little frustrating to arrive and find limited amounts of toilet paper, dishwasher pods and garbage bags are supplied - for a house that sleeps 20 - it just seems silly. The pool area also needs attention. Our trip was to swim and just be together affordably - and this was a great place for exactly that.

My brother's family and mine stayed here for a week and found the house to be well equipped, clean, and overall, as advertised. Our families thoroughly enjoyed the game room and the outdoor space, especially the pool. We had one minor issue with the hot tub, but the owner quickly responded and saw that it was addressed. The property is in an excellent location, literally right down the street from jet ski/boat rentals, near Margaritaville, and we found shopping to be conveniently close. It was one memorable week for us to share time together. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Our family stayed to celebrate our parents anniversary. The house had games & swimming pool so the kids were entertained. The house had great open spaces so we could spend time together

We enjoyed our summer family vacation in the Ozarks. The house was nice for our needs. It was adequately wheelchair accessible (wide doorways, one level, easy maneuvering throughout, etc.). There was a small step entering the house which required the use of our portable ramp. There was no inside access to the game room, which was disappointing. I could get to it through the garage door, but that let cool air escape too much for everyone to remain comfortable unless the door was shut. We were a little disappointed in the condition of the pool area when we arrived. The layout of the house with two bedroom areas was nice feature, especially since there were fewer bathrooms than we would have liked. It gave our diverse group a sense of privacy. When we were initially looking for property to stay at, I had a lot of accessibility questions. These were answered only briefly, and we were worried about how things would work out when we arrived. It would have been nice to have more direct and complete communication with the owner prior to our visit, in order to put our minds at ease before traveling with uncertainty like we did. All in all, we had a nice trip.

This house was perfect for our annual family gathering which included ages ranging from 70 to 15. The one level house and garage spaces gave the right amount of space for everyone to gather - the kitchen to dining area to main room flow is very open - but the bedrooms, outdoor space, and game room gave room for separation and privacy.
One main factor for us was accessibility - our son uses a wheelchair to get around and we were easily able to move around the house. We brought manual ramps to take him down the two steps into the game room but that was only spot, and he loved playing ping pong and shooting the free throw game.
The TV and sitting area in the game room was an added bonus, it gave a space for those that wanted to watch sports throughout the time and allowed the main room to be a place for conversation.
The kitchen was well equipped and easy to use.
The pool and outdoor area were well equipped and ready to use, plenty of seats for those that wanted to watch. The hot tub worked well and was easy to use.
We are not boaters or Lake people, we did take some walks down the hill (and back up!) to get a view of it and a public beach was within a short drive.
We had a great time and found the house perfect for our needs!

Loved staying at this house for our Lake of the Ozarks trip. Very convenient location and easy to get around. Lots of parking which was great for our group. House was exactly how it was displayed in photos. Our group also loved the hot tub.

The house worked perfectly for us. We have a group of 12 guys that go the Lake of the Ozarks for a golf trip weekend. This was our 18th year and I think this house might have been the best. A very open floorplan, plenty of beds and a nice outside sitting area. Jill was very responsive to questions/requests. If you need lots of space and don't mind not being right on the water, I recommend this property!
Side note, the pool wasn't open yet but a couple of the guys used the hot tub. It was clean and bubbly!

Great place to stay - fishing a tournament at Ozarks and this place had plenty of parking and was very convenient. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip there.

We stayed at this wonderful home with 11 adults. We were there for a confer nice and had so much fun the home had everything we needed and we plan to return every year!

Some disappointing features....
Location was on a busy road with no privacy as passers by can see straight into living room with huge window. Blinds would be nice.
Hot tub could gave been higher temperature especially with cold weather
Games room in garage was fun but was soooo cold
King bed in main suite was not comfortable at all, sunk in the middle, other beds we also not comfortable, thin cheap mattresses
The chairs at front table were cheap and wobbly, not safe or comfortable to sit in.
Was clean, lots of linen except 1only tea towel.
Kitchen was very well supplied.

Cleaning fee charged is high, I dont think its reasonable to request beds to be stripped.

We gather every year to celebrate our Mother! Four generations strong come together for board games, food, cards and comradery. The common space in the home was perfect for multiple activities going on at the same time. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. A lovely stay for all of us.

This was the best house & location for this get together. We were able to relax, cook, and do games. The pool & Hot Tub was wonderful, just what we needed on a crowded weekend at the lake. There was 18-20 of us there at different times, it was large enough to going in groups at times. The game room was great, was not used a lot but it was a place to go unwind. Had everything we need to cook breakfast and supper. Grill was easy to use. Went out a little, but came back and played games and swam all we wanted. I cannot say anything that was wrong or that we did not have. Will definitely book here again if we need a place for that many people to stay. Thank Thank Again!

This house is more beautiful in person than the pictures showed! There is only one small step to get inside. We had great grandpa, and my adult daughter that is in a wheelchair, so no stairs was wonderful!!! There is plenty of space, the kitchen was stocked well, the pool was very nice, and during the hot afternoons, the garage air conditioned game room was soo fun!! Thank you!!

This was our first time here at the lake of the ozarks. The property was more than perfect for our family and few friends (11 adults) that we had with us! Plenty of space for everyone and everyone had there own bed to sleep in. The pool, hot tub, and game room were perfect for when we weren’t on the lake! Jill had notified us that lightning had struck the house and knocked out power to the pool and hot tub as well as the internet when we first arrived but she was quick to get people out to fix those issues and super responsive when we had questions regarding the house. It’s in a great location as we only had to drive 4 minutes to PB2 marina where we were able to launch and rent slips for our boats. There is also a liquor store (macadoodles) just up the road with a wide variety of alcohol and a hyvee about 15 minutes from the house for any grocery needs! We had a great time and will definitely be back to visit the lake again!

Plenty of room to enjoy. Nice big kitchen with plenty of cookware, dishes, etc. Location is convenient to Redheds, Margaritaville, and Shorty Pants. The place was updated and the beds were comfy. I would stay here again.
