we booked this place because it’s very practical and convenient for us especially that we tagged along our pet and senior parents (so comfort is a big deal), and it didn’t disappoint. The house is clean, with parking and enough outdoor space so our dog can walk around. Sir Martin, the caretaker is also kind and very responsive, he regularly checks on us and responds quickly when we have concerns. The owner responds quickly and considers our requests. Dogs are allowed with a condition to wear diaper inside the house, which is reasonable and understandable. We’d love to stay here again when we go back to Bacolod City.

AC downstairs was cold enough. Staff was helpful and replied to our texts. The ammenities were great. A real family place. Complete kitchenette, with netflix, adequate wifi, tables and chairs outside if you want to cook bbq (though we did not cook). Sheets are clean. Great location near highway especially if you rent a car. Price is very reasonable for a big place.

There were no screens in the toilet and in the double deck bed upstairs. There were some mosquitos at first, but they eventually went away when the AC was on. AC upstairs was not cold enough but maybe summer's just too hot. We had to all sleep downstairs. The neighbors keep double parking at night so we had to ask the guard every night to ask them to move so we can park in the garage.

No breakfast was served. It's not part of the service. But there are available coffee and cooking facilities provided.

The shower is not functioning well. No study table in our room.

When booking, double-check the pinned location when using the "Get Directions" button on Booking.com as it will lead you to another place (Patricia Homes). I hope the hosts update this one to avoid confusion. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant stay.

Overall, we love the place and the location. Perfect place to stay when you are in Bacolod as a family or group because the place is big. The host is hospitable and friendly indeed a City of smile with gentle people. Thanks Mam Aimee! Highly recommended❣️
