Very nice hotel. On a channel not Clearwater Beach so lots of boat and jet ski traffic, beach area is private. Add in 75 bucks for additional fees valet & resort fee. Onsite restaurants are good yet very pricy. Valet was quick and courteous.

While this property is beautiful, food is great, and staff is always helpful and pleasant, I have issue with their billing department so be sure to always double check your charges. We've stayed at this property twice now and both times I've had to call to correct overcharges - the first time, last year, we were billed for services charged to our room after we checked out of the hotel. This year, we received one final invoice for incidentals - parking, resort fee, room charges etc. - no problem. However, I noticed another pretty significant charge with no explanation/invoice etc. When I called about the extra charges on my credit card, I was told it was because they did not receive payment from Expedia so they billed me instead without sending me an invoice or any communication via email/phone or on property. When we arrived - the front desk acknowledge that we prepaid through Expedia, and that they just need a credit card on file for incidentals - pretty standard. When we checked out and received our final bill - it was noted as paid through Expedia. So both opportunities to address a non payment If Expedia didn't pay - which I doubt is the case as I've never had that issue before and we booked a month and a half prior to our stay - that's not my problem. You need to take that up with them and not charge the customer double and use up their time trying to resolve the issue. Thank goodness I'm diligent about checking credit card charges - I would suggest you do the same.

Stayed for 4 days solo for a relaxing long weekend. Very friendly staff at JW with a small private beach for hotel guests. Best part is 2 lounge chairs and 1 umbrella is being reserved per room at beach and at rooftop pool where staff will set up for you once you check in. Quiet rooms with balconies and amazing bed and illy coffee provided. Food is amazing at beach grille (i tried shrimp and mahi mahi tacos, grouper bites) and dinner twice at Latitude (fresh oysters, grilled octopus, pan seared grouper, smoked burrata, and very fluffy bread with light-up butter…) also must have the croissants at JW market cafe and chocolate hazelnut tart. Spa serviced also amazing, tried the massage twice and also body scrub. Sauna and steam room and rain forest shower were a must try. I like the quiet area and being off just 5-8mins walk to main Clearwater beach with many restaurants and local eats.

We had the pleasure of staying at your hotel this week, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The meals at your restaurant were particularly outstanding. We would like to extend our special thanks to Chef Basar. Every dish was perfect in terms of taste and presentation. Chef Basar’s creativity and talent truly enhanced our dining experience.

Late night room service was amazing thanks to chef Basar. I had to call and have my room cleaned. The robe in the bathroom had makeup stains on it. I was not happy about not needing a signature for the service for my children.

This hotel was 5 stars all the way around! We traveled with our 3 month old baby and the accommodations were perfect for our family. The hotel was spotless, food & drinks were amazing. The views are beautiful and the private beach was very convenient having a little one. Brian at the beach was very attentive and made our experience even more enjoyable. We will absolutely be back next year.

The Deep End has great food. Morning coffee shop was the best. Pool and beach are great. No complaints.
