Really disappointed - we feel. And treated unfair. Since my wife was sick the owner offered to postpone by 1-2 days. Then he asked us to do a COVID-Test. For this we had to pay additionally. Due to the result the owner cancelled from his side. However he paid nothing back. So no refund - even the high amount for cleaning was not given back. Sergio in the notice within booking.com: I’m sorry but you can not come to my house with someone with COVID. Your reservation is over, there is nothing I can do for you now, I hope you have insurance to cover your reservation. I have some more conversations like that. He mentioned "no refund" due to the contract. However he cancelled due to Covid. I understand that he would like to keep his flat in the same building safe. We followed the rules: after 5 days we were allowed and able to travel. Distance from the place /hotel we stayed to the new appartment would have been only 1.8 hours. After the cancellation from the owner we had to stay in the previous hotel in Hyannis. Requested a refund from the owner - this he denied. I hope booking.com will give support and further legal arguments to the owner.

Nicely appointed apartment. Very comfortable. Host was very accommodating and always quick to reply thru booking messages.

We liked everything about the property. The apartment had everything you could possibly need. It was a comfortable, cozy place to hang out.

From the check in, it felt like coming home. We were treated like family. The unit has everything we needed and even a few extras! This was my first time using booking.com and honestly was one of the best experiences I’ve had while traveling.

This is me nitpicking but there weren’t any oven pans. Everything else was perfect

I was greeted by the sweetest old dog ever. He actually walked me to my door. Being a huge animal lover, I knew this was going to be the perfect place to stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Thoughtful snacks were left out.

Nothing not to like.
