The condo we stayed in met all our needs and expectations! Sitting on the lanai enjoying our morning coffee, listening to the ocean roar and being treated to many rainbows was a gift we didn’t expect! The property is busy during the day with families taking part in the activities provided like shuffleboard, swimming, and Putt-Putt golf or just those sunning, reading and enjoying their solitude. At night, it is quiet, restful and fun if you want a night swim or soak in the hot tub. We we strongly supported by the reality company if we had questions or needed anything! We couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Loved the beautiful resort overall and would definitely recommend and would stay again. However, Check in was very confusing. Key cards and key pad code provided by front desk didn’t work. Property manager provided different keypad code that worked. No instructions provided in advance for trash services. Televisions were not connected to the internet. No mention of how to get clean towels, etc. inside condo instructions would have been extremely helpful.

This property is perfect for families. Great location great pool and grounds. The Epic group were wonderful and responsive to all our needs. We rented four condo's at this property and Epic was the most professional and responsive. I can recommend them and I will use them again. Leighann

Reviewer Comments: Overall a nice place to stay, cleaning needs to be more thorough, as I saw dried macaroni noodles inside the bottom of the cupboard where the garbage is kept, dried pancake splatter on a few cupboards. Some maintenance needs to be done, towel bar dowel cover loose and hanging, bathroom vanity light not level, curtain hooks need to be rehooked, looks like drapes in bedroom have had there better days. Nice there was a disclaimer that the bath tub is shower only, no plug. I was ready to take a bath when I realized there was no stopper. Bath showers & tubs need to be updated to be current with the rest of the condo. One last note, nice to have all of the kitchen appliances, dishes etc. but there is not room to put your food, all the cupboards were filled with kitchen stuff, more than most guests will ever use.

There was only one window unit in the main room, which was wonderfully cool all the time. However, the three bedrooms were just too warm. We had to keep the doors open all the time, and even then it was like walking into a heat wave every time we entered the room. The upstairs room was the worst. It was almost unbearable.

We had a family vacation in Maui and this was a wonderful place to stay. The view was fantastic. The resort had a lot of fun things to do for kids (mini golf, pool) and walking around the resort was beautiful with all the fish to look at.

There’s a market in walking distance as well as a big lot with food trucks, picnic tables, and string lights. Great for dinner if you don’t want to cook or pay the high restaurant prices. Other guests on the property were respectful. No loud parties or noise after 10. Wonderful for listening to the ocean waves and the palm trees rustling in the wind. An all around lovely stay, convenient to great snorkeling.

My family of 7 stayed here and had a great time. The communication with the property management was great as they were very detailed in their checkin and welcome emails as well as check out emails. We also had one thing we emailed them about during the stay and they got right back to us the very next morning. The property is nice. Kitchen is a little small but was sufficient for our needs and is as pictured on their listing. No issues or complaints.

The carpets,curtains, patio weren’t very clean some general maintenance is needed. I would definitely stay here again however. The pool and surrounding grounds are absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed seeing whales from our patio.

In total there were 6 adults and one child all staying here and it was spacious and clean. The location was great, walking distance to shops and grocery store. The facilities were well maintained. Overall, I would recommend this place for any large family looking to have an unforgettable experience.

Spacious 2 bedroom condo with a loft comfortably fit my family of 6. Quiet, well kept grounds, gorgeous view of pool and ocean. Fell asleep each night listening to the ocean waves. Full kitchen made it easy to keep kids fed without always having to eat out. Restaurants, food trucks and grocery store in walking distance! Washer/dryer was very convenient however they are small so had to do many loads for my family of 6. Also dryer wasn’t very strong so drying towels was challenging and often had to hang them on chairs to completely dry. 2.5 baths was nice to have however they are a bit outdated. There is A/C which we were happy to have on those humid days! I would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful, relaxing and comfortable condominium! The lovely views, amazing host and generous supplies set the tone for a relaxing resort getaway! Oh! Not to mention the incredible ocean sounds! The grounds are peaceful and well maintained with great gathering/lounging areas that offer unobstructed views. There is plenty to do on and off the resort property. My only questions is, how quickly can I return to this lovely place ?!?

Great condo that accommodates 2 families

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication with the property manager was easy and they were extremely helpful. The only callout we had is that the upstairs bathroom didn’t flush very well. Other than that this condo had everything you would need for a week in Maui. We would definitely consider coming back in the future.

Nicely furnished with a large master bedroom and plenty of room for our family. The balcony overlooking the pool, hot tub and ocean was a great feature. Stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards and putters for he putting green just outside the condo. You can snorkel right off the property as well. Overall, a great location close to many beaches and golf courses that was well worth the price.

Beautiful property, and it was perfect for our family! We use VRBO often, and we always appreciate when certain things are stocked (such as foil, cooking oil, spices, etc.). Not having to buy those things would have helped, since we cooked in our room. We ended up leaving what we bought for the next guests. Overall, we loved our stay and would highly recommend!

A couple MINOR improvements and it could be excellent! 1. bring your own TP, paper towels (they only give you 2.... but they do tell you this in advance). This was disappointing considering the cost to stay here. TP is what $15 for 30 rolls!? 2. The pans to cook on are THE worst. Invest in a good set (might be $50). 3. the stove is terrible (only heats to low or high) so you burn everything or it takes an hour. 4. In the parking lot the trees drop these sticky seed pods. They get everywhere and can be brought into the house... just take shoes off. 5. The resort charges you an additional daily fee for parking and use. Maybe this was in the fine print, but I was surprised by this. It isn't much, but again annoying to be nickel & dimed (especially after paying the ridiculous "owner fees", "service fee" "booking fees", cleaning fees, taxes, "miscellaneous fees"...). Finally the property mngmt Co (Epic) I found to be difficult. It is COVID times so who knows. When I called to ask who Epic was (got a random email demanding our test results) she said "you can cancel if you don't like it." She also demanded we send our tests (I was just verifying who she was)... said it was required by the resort. When we checked in they hadn't sent them to the resort. So we had to do that again. Management/staff at the resort were GREAT! Owner was quick to reply and friendly.

Great central location in Maui. Good views of the ocean from the unit. Clean place which had plenty of room for us and our three teenage boys. Pool and hot tub were used a decent amount. The only downside was no real beach at the complex. That didn’t matter much to us as we had a jeep and basically beach hopped all week looking for the best snorkeling and boogie boarding spots. We would definitely stay here again.

Good communication with Kim the property manager I dealt with from the get go. Answered all my emails and all questions in a timely manner. My family and I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to family and friends.

The condo was very nice. Great location and on site activities for our family. Since we were there during the COVID-19 and all the restaurants shut down it was nice to be able to utilize the well stocked kitchen.

Property was as shown in pictures, we had 7 people and it was comfortable. Better cleaning required of kitchen dishes/pots&pans & beach chairs(still contained previous guests belongings in pockets of chairs)kitchen cupboards require repair. The guest information book should contain all of the resort rules so that guests are aware of what you can/cannot do! We still would not hesitate to stay here again,it was great.
