Rosalina Isla Verde was excellent. Everything was spotless, new and well taken care of. I will definitely recommend to others and will stay there next time I’m in the area.

Our stay here was pleasant! Rooms are small, but considering you’ll be out and about exploring, they are perfect. Upon arrival and first impressions, it was well kept and clean. It’s very close to the beach as well, walking distance. I have absolutely no complaints.

Since I got to the place it was very easy to get inside and also very clean. The place was very quiet. I enjoy the area very well. The beach it’s right near the place. Overall I would recommend.

The customer service was phenomenal and they were great at explaining everything and answering even though we never really were in person with hotel Staff. There are 2 properties we wish we would’ve known but our property was nice and private. Our least favorite thing was the bathroom but otherwise everything else was great.

The room was very clean, but very small. The bed was soft which gave me a backache. It was located close access to the interstate.

It was not like a normal hotel. They didnt have any front desk but overall they respond very fast. It was very clean

SCAM*** DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. They will not provide access to premises and take your money. They are unreachable through their phone number. They will keep your money but you will not br granted access to the room. This place is a scam.

Did not receive a pre-checkin email so when we arrived we had no way to access our room. The smoke detector in the room was missing from the base. Our second night we returned and there was no water. We called and were told they would call us back after contacting the manager. We never got a call and finally well after midnight the water came back on. The shower head has a leak and sprays water all over the bathroom floor. The room was clean and the location was great with outstanding choices of restaurants within walking distance. There’s no pool on the property as advertised. Parking was easy. The property is noisy when other guests come and go. I would recommend but be prepared for some minor issues during your stay. Lastly the note saying no toilet paper in the toilet is not the way things are done in the US and just eewww!

The front desk was very politevand the 2 pools and a minute walk to the beach was so convenient definitely will be staying again

The location couldn’t have been more perfect. The room was beautiful, modern, spacious, clean, and the amenities were plentiful. Key retrieval was easy and convenient. Even with the water outage we were delivered two gallons of water, and alerted to it promptly. I highly recommend this place.
