The View and spacious rooms. Value for money

Wifi didn’t work for half the time I was there, and only got resolved after 24hrs. Have to walk a lot to collect keys, or coect grab food deliveries, or to resolve any issues with agent Offc. The keys stopped working suddenly.

The parking facilities only one lot......one house key only for 7 ppl which was a disaster for us.....I HV to go down every time when ppl go n come in

Overall good stay, clean and the apartment's sea view is fantastic.

Only downside is the parking at P3 so dark at night (please ask the building management to open more lights at night).

The property is clean and big. Love that it has 4 toilets. Location is great too. Just below the property has a few convenience stores and food stalls. All air-condition in the room works well. Love the sea view. One of the rooms even has attached balcony which was nice.

There were several things i did not like about this property. Yes i find this property amazing to stay in but it does have it flaws. 1. The sponge given for washing of dishes were not NEW. Sponge was used which is very disgusting and unhygienic to me. 2. Lack of necessities. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper provided when there are 4 toilets. No toothbrush, toothpaste were provided. No cloth for wiping table. 3. Provided washing machine but no proper place to hang the laundry. 4. Balcony floor was very dirty. Sandy/ dusty floors. Shows the lack of proper cleaning. 5. As this property is located in a condo, this condo has rules for not allowing drop-offs to the block, but drop-off at guard house. This property's block is at the end of the condo so do expect some walking. This rule applies same for ordering in food deliveries. You have to walk to collect it yourself at the guardhouse. However, these are just minor problems that we faced. Hope that the owners can do something about this as this airbnb has a-lot of potential.

Not enough pillows. Restricted usage of facilities. Not (Swimming pool, children play room)

The seaview is wonderful! We had an awesome experience staying here. The house is so beautiful, sparkling clean and comfortable. Convenient store is just walking distance. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I wish to come again in the future.

Location is a little inconvenient for us.

Cleanliness up to standard. Unit is bright and airy. Sofa quite comfortable just a bit dusty.

Host take time to respond on queries and do not answer professionally and we only know how to collect key on the day itself near check in time. Toilet paper only two roll for a unit accommodate up to 6 pax is ridiculous. Blanket has stains. The sea view is different from photo - quite unpleasant. No clear description of which unit has mahjong table - disappointed.

Not enough toilet paper

Central and easy to get around. Lots of restaurant around. Good size apartment for family of 6. Great swimming pool facilities.

No paper towel or hand towel in the kitchen. Not enough toilet roll, was given 2 when there are 3 toilets. No extra towel for after swimming in the pool, and inconvenient for us who travel from overseas. Pillows and bed sheets have small stains and hair left from previous guests.
