I asked the owners to set the a c down as we would be hitting the heat all day long. Got a message that ac was out and would not be repaired for our stay. I immediately sent a message to refund my funds so I could find a different place to stay. They never responded back after several messages and phone calls. Had to call VRBO to get a refund which will take 5 to 7 to days. I feel like the owners handle this situation incorrectly.

Three couples came to Dallas to see the eclipse. Host Michelle was most hospitable and responsive to our questions before and during our stay. The home is lovely, great back yard, and in a terrific location for getting around Dallas. The internet is still not working, so we used hotspots instead- not a problem.

The house was booked on another side so I did not have the house for the weekend I had to stay at another hotel hopefully I will be reimbursed.... When I call the host she was not aware of the double booking and apologize for any inconvenience..

Never got anything from the manager of the property. So we had no where to stay. Had to find a hotel at 9pm after we never had the owner/manager get back to us about access to the property. Terrible customer service and now I just hope I get my money back.

After we booked I got a BIG list of rules but no address. She gave me a phone # so I texted immediately to request the address....no answer. VRBO gave me the address at 6:30PM. The host finally popped up via text, very nonchalant like it was totally normal that check in was at 2 and we just found the location to the property 4 and 1/2 hrs AFTER chk-In but if you have any issues my father is close by. Upon arrival, we realized that the wifi assigned to the guest was not connected to the main network. I called the host and she said "let me reset it from here"...nothing and then kind shrugged it off like my father can come but he's not very technical my nephew can come tomorrow while you are out and reset it...never happened! When I spoke to her she mentioned that she had switched out her modem prior to the booking and it was working fine and that AT&T had advised her that the network was working and from what I could see it WAS the only problem was that when they set up the network they did not add the guest wifi to her network and ALL it needed was someone to add that wifi to her network.....NEVER HAPPENED!!! I was willing to excuse all of the cobwebs and the dirty crumbs on the sheets in the first bedroom but 6 adults and a 4yr and no access to TV for the weekend was CRAZY. DVD but no remote, most of the dvd's wouldnt play without the the remote. she sent me a text on sept.3rd -the alarm will activate in 10m -check out for was sept 4th! she crept in the garage 30m b-4 chkout
