Good breakfast with plenty of options. Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and available.

Convenient to what we were doing and plenty around for food, activities. Staff is awesome, very clean everything. Family and pet friendly, Lavazza coffee 24/7, great breakfast. Come to this area twice a year and found our new place.

Location was convenient. Breakfast attendant was very nice.

Room smelled of mildew. Was refused early check in that I had inquired about the day before. Was told it had been too busy but the hotel was mostly empty and stayed virtually empty our whole trip. Rooms have hard floors so no noise insulation and you’ll hear your neighbors. Had minimal super thin pillows and had to ask twice to get more. The highway is very loud. Low flow toilet took several flushes for toilet paper. We never received housekeeping on our 4 night stay. They came once and walked in the room at about 8:45 while we were asleep. Had to ask for fresh towels. The tv in our room didn’t work correctly and wouldn’t turn on and off with the remote. We were told the wrong hours for breakfast and it was posted inconsistently throughout the hotel, but actually ends at 9. The fire alarm went off at 2am one morning.

Everything was great the only thing bad was the room had a stain on the ceiling from the floor above but everything else was great.

I liked the room lay out and that everything was updated. The location was adequate but all the other hotels near Garland had lesser reviews due to the surroundings.

My bathroom, although the look was nice the glass doors to the shower were cumbersome and I did have some trouble with the toilet flushing. This wasn't a big deal as I was only there for a night.

It was very clean and inviting and location was great.

Only thing I could probably say I didn’t like was that their was only one pancake machine. Think it would be better to have 2 self serve machines rather then the one automatic pancake maker.

Rooms are very spacious, comfortable beds and restrooms very nice.

Had problems checking in. Even though I had received confirmation from both Tru and Booking in reference to my stay, there were issues upon arrival. Try said the virtual credit card from Booking had been declined. Both entities had sent confirmation that everything was a go. I even called Tru the evening before to let them know that I would be delayed and not check in until later. The assistant from Tru said he would make sure my room was ready when I got there. It was not. It was a hassle to straighten things out. I am disappointed and confused as to why neither Tru nor Booking sent me any kind of notification that there were problems.

I love the location of this hotel. The staff is also very friendly. The breakfast in the mornings were decent as well.

The walls and floors are extremely thin. We were up all night due to the sounds of those above us walking (stomping) on the floor all night. You can also CLEARLY hear people talking in the room next to you. The beds are okay comfort wise, but don't expect 5 star hotel quality beds and linen.
