A lovely old house, well placed and with surprising "in house" parking spaces. Well modernised and good views. Breakfast with more or less everything possible and you could ask for more. Excellent position in a steep town, half way between the top and the bottom.

Central, convenient, parking was efficient. Architecture was attractive. Quiet rooms.

We liked it all.

Breakfast was very good. Tea time at 5 PM was marvelous. Keep up the good work. The ambiance was very good and the good taste of the furniture and paintings was very pleasant. Very clean.

the property was very clean and staff was very helpful.

the site did not indicate that it was on a VERY steep hill. I have a knee problem and need assistance with a cane and my husbands arm. it was very difficult to leave and get to the hotel. Granted that Ouro Preto is all very hilly, but this particular street is one of the steepest. would not recommend if you have walking problems, definitely no wheelchairs.

Facylities : Old house verry well maintained. A piece of history. Verry cozy, clean and calm. They offer a afternoon tea with almost the equivalent of the breakfast, verry nice. Room : Verry clean and confortable. Amazing double jacuzzi! Staff: Nice, polite and hepfull. Breakfast: Good options of pastries and cakes. Overall verry good.

We stayed in their best room that looked to the interior court. It's the parking lot... The good side is that it's verry calm. On the other hand when ou stay in the best room you expect a little bit of view.

Amazing location in the heart of town, easy walk to everything. Clean room, comfortable bed, AC worked okay, good water pressure/hot water in the bathroom. Great breakfast.

Impressive package over all. Comfortable room, very clean and well kept. Good breakfast and afternoon tea (another breakfast in the end of the afternoon. Location is outstanding and having these facilities in the middle of Ouro Preto is an additional challenge. Congratulations!!!

As an old building the noise from the room above may be a little bit irritating at some moments. Unluckily, I had an upper neighbor who walked on high heels for at least 20 min in the room. If you have the chance, you may prefer upper rooms. The parking lot access is in another address - although greatly connected internally. Due to a construction work in the front street, I had to drive additional 10 min to reach the parking access. If I had been told the right address since the reservation, it would have been easier for me.

very nice lobby and rooms are confortable. the breakfast is exceptional, and the late afternoon brunch is also very complete and open to the guests. location is very central and close to most restaurants and touristic spots.

the main street is currently under renovation, so it doesn’t give the complete feeling of what the hotel has to offer.
