Sauberkeit,eine wunderschöne Aussicht,schöne Terasse zum Frühstücken,ruhige Lage

The location is not that bad. With a little bit of more attention to details and towards making a more pleasant stay for tourists this location could be a little corner of paradise. Design inside the rooms looked cute but several things in the bathroom, kitchen and also the AC could really need an upgrade. The so called private beach was small and cute but it has a very difficult access path and also anyone around there that knows about it could go there because the access is not directly from this property. The internet was pretty good.

- Lack of cleaning made during our 5 night stay there. We swiped the floor a couple of times with what we found. - Lack of HOT WATER in the shower. Two night there was no hot water in the shower and once the water was just a little bit hot enough for a quick shower. - Very small bathroom with the window of the bathroom direct to the access alley where there is also a parking spot. - The bed sheets was not changes once during out 5 nights stay. - Even if we meet with the cleaning lady on the 3rd day nobody told us that it will provide us clean towels. So we found them left pretty creepy on the bed outside on the patio bad late at night when we came home from dinner. We had to contact the host next morning to found out that it was clean towels for us. They could put it inside on a chair not in a plastic bag outside. - The main window of the bedroom upstairs had no mosquito net so we left the window opened for the first 2 night but different bugs enter the room, also the second night we found a lizard on the ceiling of the bedroom. We start using only the window near the stairs which was smaller but had a mosquito net. Which was not enough to ventilate the room and also the view was directly to the acces alley where also some tourists park their car. - Maisonettes and rooms that have a windows to the steep acces alley will always hear cars reaving engines trying to go up that steep acces alley or car doors slamming. - The AC looks a little bit to old and it does not work properly. - The last but not the least, we are pretty sure we tried to book another room and got maisonette no. 6. Which has no view to the sea. From upstairs front window you could not see the sea because of a tree big enough not to see the sea and small enough not to provide any shades to the room. Also we never ever book a place where the patio or a porch where you have no intimacy whatsoever. In front of the porch was the acces to another two maisonettes and the parking lot.

Beautiful location with a lovely garden. The private beach was wonderful it made the way worth it.

Everything was great but you will need to rent a car, the closest open market was a 20 minute walk.

I enjoyed my holiday at Ferma Hill Apartments a lot and extended my stay from 4 to 6 nights! It's a perfect location for hiking, diving and day trips. The "private" beach is superb, it even has a waterfall and most of the time no one else was there! The apartment is well equipped, cute and cozy - exactly like on the photos! I would definitely stay there again. Anna and her daughter are very nice and welcoming - thank you so much! :-)

Leaving - everything was perfect!

The surroundings were beautiful and the bedroom of the double floor apartment was lovely.

Plenty actually. There was no servise whatsoever. We booked the place for a week and there were two rolls of toilette paper which required us to go shopping for some, there was no cleaning service or changing of towels and the people who were taking care of the place showed up a day before our departure. Very small bathroom, bad water pressure (the water was hardly leaking). Bed was quite uncomfortable (if you like soft beds, it might work for you).

Compared to previous comments, there are no ants and the owner was at the premise to welcome me, everything was ready and she went even shopping for me before she left. The views and the scenery are gorgeous, the pool - it is November - is quite refreshing, but clean and private as one has the villa for oneself. The stay is perfect!

There is no shops or restaurants within walking distance, at least not in November. On the other hand, one can enjoy tranquility at its very best.
