Great hotel

Very clean, stayed 2 nights and they restocked our towels during our stay! Totally unexpected but awesome! A little run down on the outside but don’t let it fool you it was a nice stay for a great price!

Front desk was rude

After reading some other reviews i was so sure about this place. But i booked anyway and i got a newly remodeled room! Most furnishings were new (tables, fridge, microwave, entire tub and surround, and new bathroom/vanity floor). It was great. Sheets were clean, curtains were new. Two minor issues were that the AC/ fan was kinda wonky & loud (but worked) and a couple neighbors were loud (obvs not the motels fault). I would stay here again (despite the check-in being in another building, lol).

The room I was given was not clean there were bugs and the sheets I had on my bed had multiple stains that were extremely visible and left for guest without a care.

I did not feel safe

First after checking in at 4 am after a 3.5 hour drive, we get to our room and the door won’t open, finally we opened it and then it wouldn’t shut or lock because it looked like it had been broken into at one point. So I called the front desk and they came and put us into another room. We get into that room only to find it had puddles of water from the fridge leaking. I cleaned it with a towel that was in the room. Then at checkout I was told they had to check the room before giving us our deposit back which was fine. Once they called me back up to the desk the lady told me that next time I’m not to use the towels from the room to clean the floor and that I needed to call the desk for rags. Mind you this was now almost 5 am and I was exhausted from traveling. And then after finally getting to sleep around 6:30 am I was then woken up at 8:30am from jackhammering outside our room in the parking lot😩 definitely won’t be going back. We should have been offered a discount after all the hassle.

Super nice for such a low price. Check in staff were lovely.

Upon arriving at 2.30am following my flight being delayed I was told I would have to wait to check-in as they were doing an audit. So much for customer service.

Just needed some where to lay my head

The room is clean and smells good but the facility as a whole looks like an industrial park.

The sheets was stained and the tub was dirty. The Property is not appealing and feels unsafe with all the people hanging around.

Staying here was a good price and the rooms were nicer than I expected. They are really good at servicing the rooms on a daily basis. Staff and customer service is really nice and very helpful.

The room was newly remodeled clean and fresh. Shabby and run down on the outside. A lot of late night yelling and shouting and pounding on doors.

It was alittle run down

The room was clean, the guest service was great, definitely 5 stars.

It was fine. The only thing I would suggest is is to have a do not disturb sign to put on people's doors.

Pros: good breakfast, clean room, clean bed and bedsheets, quiet and peaceful, fair price. Cons: nosy front desk guy (not all of them but that one guy was questioning everything, the office and breakfast room was far from units, and there was smell of smoke and weed in the stairway and around the place, the door's main lock was broken and only the top lock was working.

My room was great clean supplied well housekeeping came everyday which was really nice what I didn't like was the outside of the property looked old uninviting and on your website you should mention that the office is it another building

It was good for just sleeping. My only complaint was the pictures on the site doesnt match up to the rooms. Please ypdate your pictures. Was disappointed with not having a jacuzzi or even a bathtub.

The opposite side of our two level unit appeared to be occupied by long stay guests.

Before I begin, just know the price for this hotel was very low so I knew what I’d be getting into. With that being said, the first thing we do is check bedding. The top sheet was clean but the mattress protector was stained with urine and blood. The mattress was clean so we removed the protective sheet and put the main sheet back on. The towels were stained but washed. When booking, we didn’t realize the travel lodge portion was separate from the main building. We had to walk across the way to get coffee and breakfast. Luckily the weather was decent. They allow work trucks to park in their lot so we heard the beeping and engines roaring really early in the morning. Other than those details, you just get what you pay for.

It was okay but the floor was so dirty and sticky. I didn’t have hot water the who day on 4/10 it’s ridiculous! Look at this floor Matt/towel it literally turned brown because of how dirty the floor is and that’s just few hours of staying in the hotel!
