La struttura è molto accogliente, le stanze sono immerse nel verde e di fronte al mare. La camera ha dimensioni modeste però il bagno è funzionale e si riesce a tenere le valige aperte in due. Molto cortese e disponibile il personale.

Hotellets personal var väldigt tillmötesgående, lyhörda och fantastiskt trevliga. De hjälper en att transportera väskorna, boka dagsaktiviteter på ön och all mat som serveras på plats är fantastik. De erbjuder t.ex, candlelight dinner under stjärnorna vilket är garanterad succé för ens partner. All positivitet är berättigat!

The best resort in Tioman Island ! We had 3 wonderfull days here, the staff is amazing, always available at every hour and so kind ! They helped us for everything. And they pick us up at the pier for the luggages when we arrive and also helped us when we left. The rooms were really nice, clean and a crazy view on the beach ! The beaches around are really nice and calm. The breackfast is simple but perfect, fresh and very good ! They also proposed and planned for us a snorkelling day that was amazing ! We really recommend you to come here if you are coming to Tioman Island ! Thank you a lot again ! We hope to see you again.

More variety for breakfast.

Nice unit. Right in front of the beach. Comfy beds. Clean bathroom. For wifi u can hang out at the office for better reception. The beach is well maintained. Breakfast is sufficient. U can go snorkeling, bicycle ride, hiking. Kg Genting is on the quiet side of Tioman so expect a very chill and layback environment here.

Hole under the main door and bathroom ventillation holes not protected by mosquito screen, so mosquitoes can easily come inside. The only place in Malaysia where we did not get daily drinking water. Theoretically there is a water dispenser but it distributes warm water only, too warm to drink, but not hot enough for tea or coffee, so useless. Limited dining options in Genting, only one acceptable reataurant and Agressive cats everywhere, they jump on the table while you eat and beg for food. There are very few opportunities for guided treks and snorkelling tours and the staff was not very helpful in organising any programs for us. We paid them for a one day waterfall and snorkelling tour, but instead of going to Mukut the boat took us to Asah from where it is only a 5 minutes walk, whereas our main purpose would have been to walk, and the weather was too bad for snorkelling so after the waterfall we returned. The way the boat was driven through huge waves I felt very unsafe on this boat, it was my worst experience in Malaysia. although no walking and no snorkelling we did not get our many back, and we were never asked if we want to go snorkelling again when the weather became sunny on a subsequent day. so next time I would rather choose Paya beach with reliable looking tour operators.

Genting itself had quite limited dining options

Room quite comfortable, as is the bed. Big bathroom/ shower. Did not eat here as nothing was offered but did eat in Mamas kitchen a few steps ahead. Would highly recommend for delicious food.

WiFi very poor. Location wise, it is okay. There is not much in Genting. Can’t say I found the guy running the place very friendly although the breakfast staff were nice. On the whole, this place is far more expensive than what it should be. I’d go elsewhere next time.
