Hotel staff from the shuttle driver, front desk to housekeeping all friendly and cool people. Our room was nice, a little small for 2 beds but clean and exactly as pictured. The buffet on the third floor was great! The rooftop view was cool. We stayed 3 nights, Wed-Saturday on the second floor. There’s a karaoke lounge on the first that partied til 2am every night, that you can feel the rattle in the beds and walls and hear it like you’re on stage too… with zero warning. That sucked because it’ll definitely keep you up. The toilet & shower drain clogged up but thankfully they fixed it right away. There was miscommunication between the front desk and shuttle at check out. We requested an hour ahead of time and were told it would be there. We ended up having to uber with 6 suitcases, so that wasn’t cool, but things happen. Still a cool place overall even though we were hesitant about it when we pulled up. I would stay again, just on another floor lol.

The minute we walked in the room, the bathroom reeked of urine. The room was really small and crowded, and there was hardly any hand l soap left in our bathroom. The following day, house keeping came to our room while we were getting ready so we told the lady to come back later and told the front desk once again, that we still wanted our room cleaned and that we also told the housekeeper, but wanted to make sure they would send someone. We came back to a dirty room and were upset. Told the front desk and said they would note it and that’s it. We were leaving the next day. We also called for more soap and towels, and the towels came but no soap. We paid the cleaning fee in the total costs but it’s very unfair that we were not serviced nor comped or ANYTHING else. Very disappointed and upset with the quality of our stay. Please choose a different hotel because for the price, you could stay somewhere so much better

The hotel looked as it does online. Super clean and comfortable beds. I didn’t get to check out the rooftop, but even with that, the three restaurants, and the karaoke bar all in the same building, it was still a quiet stay. It was never too noisy. We could hear people when in the halls, but in the room itself, it was quiet and made my stay very cozy. The service was pretty quick, too. Since the kind of room I booked had availability, I was able to check in early. Usually, most hotels I’ve stayed at took their time, but voco Fiorello came with new clean towels just five minutes after I called the front desk. The area is nice, too, with bus stops right outside the building. I’d stay again.

We really liked the front desk staff. The room was comfortable and the shower was hot. The whole building was super interesting. Four restaurants and a karaoke bar.

Very Friendly staff

This place was excellent. It was my family and my first trip to New your city. So i kept reading about bed bugs and other bugs I know my wife and daughter wouldn't be able to deal with. So i found this place and even though is was a little pricey i would pay it again. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.The room very clean and just nice looking. The only thing was the bar below was a little loud,but with the comfortable i slept like baby.

I would never recommend this hotel. There is a loud night club next door that forced us to use our sound machine to sleep through the night. The place has a bad smell about it… not sure what it was. The bathroom was not clean.
