Charles was amazing. He made my stay great. The check in process is cumbersome as is the case everywhere but worthwhile. Great cafe downstairs. The staff is attentive. This will be my go to spot for a while as long as this service continues.

I checked in after an long international was provided the wrong room type and had to wait 1 day to be provided the correct room type. Wi-Fi was spotty and bed was hard and very uncomfortable also had stains on it. The management company I feel has too many properties and can’t provide the time needed. Overall I wouldn’t stay or book here again I don’t recommend.

Our engineer arrived only for the hotel to claim they had not received our booking. They insisted on our engineer paying for the room on the company credit card. We have now spent since Saturday trying to get a refund from Hotels .com but because they cannot get a response from the hotel they will not give the refund. So we have currently paid twice for the same booking. I do not find it acceptable that we are out of pocket because the hotel claimed not to have the booking and i would expect better service from Hotels .com
