We recently stayed in Regal Noir while in town for a wedding. The property was amazing. Clean, well throughout and very comfortable. The hosts were amazing from the very first connection we made prior to booking the property. They were incredibly responsive and very detailed. Our stay was enhanced by the care and thoughtfulness of Jordan and Shante. We have already recommended this property and hosts to friends as well as family. We would definitely book again when back in town.

Regal Noire is a lovely space, it provided us with all we needed- super CLEAN, the newest of everything . We love Decatur, lived there for many years and were delighted to be back. We have nothing bu high praise for the accomodations. We did not love the check-in process or the lack of signage in the apartment building. We communicated with the property manager, who was very helpful. simple things like labeling the parking pass and re-installing the lock box for the fob - which was in a very tight and dark situation that was extremely difficult to see and access. Address those small things and near perfection would be achieved!

My family of three was unexpectedly displaced from our home due to a weather event. We came across this property and were immediately enthralled by the lux design scheme and proximity to downtown Decatur. What a total gem this place is! The surrounding neighborhood area is walkable and safe. The building that housed the unit seemed very secure and clean. The unit itself felt like home as soon as we walked in. Everything was clean and seemed well throughout for guests. I would recommend this property for short or long-term stays. The owners of the property made sure to check in on us during our stay to make sure we didn't have any unanswered needs. I feel confident that if anything did come up they would take care of it immediately. We would book this place in a heartbeat should the need arise!

The apartment was clean, well appointed, and just as it looked online. Parking was super convenient and the location was very close to a lot of really good restaurants. The owners were very detailed in their communications and prompt in responding if I had a question. Everything went great!

Everything is lovely and very well appointed down to the kitchen pieces and bedroom designs. You can tell the owners spent a lot of time creating this home. Decatur is a happening town and close to much of Atlanta's visitor delights. Everything we asked for!

Our small family was in town to spend Christmas with parents. This is a beautifully decorated property. Very vlean and modern with lots of amenities. Plenty of space for a couple with an only child or two adult couples. The only caution is that the apartment is on the second floor and guest are able to hear street noise of cars passing. Otherwise a quite residence.

Stayed 2 nights at "Regal Noir", visiting family nearby. Conveniently located (i.e. w/in walking distance to Square, restaurants, court house, Marta station, etc.). We already knew the area, we were happy to find this option, and we felt safe and good about staying here. Clearly the owners take great care to make their property welcoming. Unit is nicely decorated & appointed w/ everything we needed, right down to fresh coffee w/ filters for our mornings! Living room furniture more "fashion" than "function" (i.e. you're not going to spend hours lounging there), but that was fine for us as we were "on the go" most of our visit. Beds were extremely comfortable, & it was nice to have not only two king bedrooms, but ensuite baths for each (even stocked w/ little conveniences like cotton swabs & make-up remover!). The unit seems to be in a rental apartment building. It's located close to one of the residents' parking garage access doors. Bedroom 1 is located w/ one (solid) wall adjacent to a hallway leading to that access door. Bedroom 2 has windows looking out onto a local road. So, we did experience some minor, common noise while sleeping. I mention this bc light sleepers may find this troublesome, but we didn't have an issue & slept very well. Owners were friendly, thorough, professional, & prompt in their communication. Instructions were detailed & easy. Parking in garage was free. We would defintely stay here again. Thank you so much! Everything was a it said in the the description of the apt. The beds were very comfortable. We loved beginning in the main part of the city of Decatur. We could walk to the restaurants. If we are ever in the area again, we would want to stay at the Regal Noir. The owners Jordan and Shante' were so easy to reach and were very helpful in answering our questions. The apt. was very clean and was decorated very modern.

Me and a friend came into town to meet other friends for the United soccer game. Decatur ended up being the perfect place for a weekend stay, and the Regal Noir was a GREAT location to stay in Decatur. Located walking distance from a ton of awesome restaurants/cafes/bars, we actually had too many options! The hosts were awesome, very communicative and helpful with the check-in/out process. The accommodations were super nice and very clean. Highly reccomend.

Definitely will be back! Such a great location to be able to walk to all the great places in Decatur! It was exactly what the description said plus more! Thank you!

Great space, great place!

We had a great stay in this very clean and conveniently located apartment. We were able to walk to downtown Decatur in less than 10 mins and parking in the garage was a breeze. The swimming pool was a great way for the kids to relax and cool down. The apartment was well stocked and nicely designed. I was very impressed with the quick and friendly communication from our hosts. I would definitely stay again!

Marvelous home away from home!

I rented this apartment for business and found it very convenient to reach downtown Atlanta as needed. The unit is quiet and works well for working from the apartment. It is walkable to downtown Decatur which is full of good restaurant choices. Everything was top notch and well equipped

The property was a great retreat for our family while visiting other family in the area. The property was extremely clean which is very important to us. The beds were comfortable as well. We were able to use the fitness facilities and pool when we needed to. The property felt secure and we enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the surrounding apartments. Friendly neighbors throughout the community. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and will definitely see if it's available to stay in the future when we visit the area again. Thanks again for a great stay!
