Location was great but for premium price

Not very clean, bed subpar, no iron or ironing board

Location, clean and comfort, but especially that they provided towels and bedding

The knives were horrible and would not cut

The location was fabulous! The condo was very clean, well furnished, and well decorated, very comfortable.

Booking.com kept sending me emails that I hadn’t paid. When I checked with the rental agent, I was assured all was well. The Booking.com emails continued including the day before the rental took place. To “ an old lady” this was VERY stress provoking!!!! There was apparently a Delaware specific form which needed to be signed. I never received this form. When I had not received “checking in” directions, I called the agent who told me I had not signed this form. They were very accommodating and arranged for me to sign the papers in person when I arrived. Another stress provoking situation. Upon arrival, we realized the refrigerator freezer was unusable. The agent responded in a timely manner the next day. Where the Murphy bed was situated, it was impossible to lay in bed and watch tv. However, this became a no problem when we realized there was no cable. As an older couple who does not use anything but cable, we could not watch tv. This was a very big problem for us throughout our stay. The location of this condo is absolutely wonderful literally right on the beach! However, this means very early sunrise comes right into the unit. Although there was a shade on the window, there was none on the sliding doors. Up everyday at 5:30 am!!!
