It was close to everything on the main strip and the boardwalk. Staff was pleasant, and being able to borrow beach chairs and towels for the day, with no fee, was really a nice touch. We would definitely return here.
Walls were a bit thin. Not a party crowd at the hotel, so this wasn’t a huge problem. But there was a toddler in the room next door crying a lot the last night, and we heard it all.

It didn't seem any money was put into soundproofing. Unfortunately I was unable to sleep in due to the conversations in the hallway sounding as if they were in my room (6ish am).

I liked the seaside decor: white, beige, gray, and aqua. The desk staff were helpful. The room was clean and everything was in good repair.
My neighbors on one side were loud when I was trying to fall asleep. I called the desk, and they took care of the matter.

Convenient parking to short blocks from the beach.
No counter in the bathroom. I had to put all of my Toiletries on the table in the main room but I wouldn’t let that stop me from staying at the hotel again.

Brighton Suites is the best value in Rehoboth Beach. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The room (King Suite) was spacious and well-maintained. Could see the ocean from bedroom window. This was our second stay in two years. Both rooms were great. We will be back.
Parking garage was tight, even for a midsize SUV. Interior hallways felt unheated.

Location was nice, not too far from the beach. We stayed in this hotel before so we knew we liked the location.
When we got to our room, there was sand all over the bathroom, sand all over the pull out couch and used tissues still around the hotel room. We complained about six times to the front desk and nothing was done. Used to come here every summer but will be finding a different hotel due to the nasty staff, unclean room, and expensive stay.
