The unit was clean and welcoming. Location was great. Enjoyed the pool area and facilities as well

It's a unit for 4 people but the couch could only seat 3 people, an additional one seater couch or single lounge chair would have been great. Main bed was a bit uncomfortable, more pillows should have been available.

Water was cold, the plumber came the following day.. Some utensils were broken, we were not allowed to stay on the balcony even during the day…unit 323

Everything ..the place was what we expected

Sitting area was not tidy the couches were very stained

Location and the proximity to shops and lcobnecting roads

Access to the facility was frustrating. Going in and out was very traumatic. As each time we would be told that the code is not working expired or link not connecting. No extra blankets in the room, no lights to cater for loadshedding, no cleaning service during that's a turn off. To learn after checking that you have to pay extra for cleaning was not cool..bed was squeeky as it were not comfortable at all. One toilet was not flushing and the basin prop was not working properly especially when you was to dispose water
