Nine of us, including three kids 5-10). We arrived, and three of the adults went in with the owners agent, who explained everything perfectly well and got us settled. The place, less than three blocks north of the Arc de Triomphe, at first struck us as strange: three floors, each with bedrooms. TV and a pool table in basement, with two bedrooms and bath. Room on the main floor perhaps was the best. All were fine, with good beds. The kitchen was adequate for breakfasts (we ate out for dinners and lunches); one could cook there, moderately. It turned out to be a superb place. The kids could play pool or watch TV, with or without the adults. The main ground floor room (sort of a dining room) was perfect for breakfasts and for planning the day's events. Our doubts and hesitations proved absolutely unnecessary. We loved the place. Only two tiny negatives. The pool table seems to have a wood rather than slate surface, and it isn't exactly level. Balls would roll downhill times. But who cares when the kids are having fun. The other issue was the bareness of the cupboards. Dishes and glasses and silverware were first rate and plentiful, but we had to go out and buy salt, pepper, and a few other items. Not a big deal. So, overall, we loved the place; great location; super clean; comfortable beds; and PLENT of room. For a group, this was as good as it gets in Paris.

Great property in a quiet location. Well equipped with everything you need during your stay. Grocery store near by so you can stock up and make your own meals or explore the beautiful city and eat at the local eateries. Perfect location for shopping and exploring the city to see the sites. We absolutely loved our stay. Would definitely stay again.

I was impressed with this property. The listing was an accurate representation of the place, something that does NOT always happen on VRBO. I really appreciated how the listing showed a floor plan, and a short video, so I could understand the layout in advance and feel confident that it would meet the needs of everyone staying. It is true it sits in a hidden oourtyard, and is super quiet considering how close it is to the Champs Elysee and Arc de Triomphe. You hear very little if any street noise. You can hear the subway rumble by from time to time, but that should not be unexpected in Paris. We did have a couple of inconveniences while staying at the property, but they were totally outside the property manager's control (involved a city waterline break in the neighborhood resulting in the water to the whole block being turned off). What impressed me was how the property manager stayed in communication with us and responded quickly when we needed his help in resolving issued related to the water shutoff. I would happliy stay here again.

What an amazing property in such a great location. Communication and check-in/out could not have been better. The property was so comfortable for my family of 5. We could walk to so many areas and it was such a treat to be so close to the Arc de Triomphe. The beds were very comfortable and the flat had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in Paris.

Couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay in Paris with my family ! After other apps in Paris failed us, we will now use VRBO from now on no question in the future. The condo was perfectly located and super nice and friendly staff. Condo was equipped with more than expected supplies which is always nice to see. We will be bank, thank you very much to the hosts 🙌🏼

We were happy with all aspects of our rental: 1. Accurate photos of a central 3-story home. 2. The a/c works great! 3. Check-in and communication with property manager super easy. 4. Convenient location for sightseeing in a residential pocket tucked away. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was July 13-17. This location is absolutely incredible. <500 meters to the Arc. Great public transportation access. Endless excellent food options a short walk away. Despite the great location it is SO quiet. You enter off Wagram. Type in a code and you go through the door of what used to be an old style car port. The apartment/house is kind of in a courtyard. My description of the location is poor I realize. On Bastille day the house was quiet despite packed streets. Kitchen is well appointed. Washer and dryer worked VERY well. Location of washer and dryer made use convenient even when people were sleeping. Very clean. Absolutely loved our stay. Very small children might be problematic here with the stairs. Wifi worked very well. We didn't watch much TV but we were able to use Netflix without any trouble. There was a heat wave when were there and air conditioning was spectacular. Our group was me and my wife, my parents, and our two teenagers. For us this space was perfect. Each teenager getting there own room in basement and sharing a bathroom, the two couples with their full bath ensuite(one on second floor one on ground floor. An additional toilet/powderoom on ground floor. For us, a perfect layout.

The absolute ideal location! Right off the Champs Elysees and close to metro station. Very roomy. Yohann, the host was FANTASTIC! Extremely communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend!

The place was awesome in every way. Spacious, modern, and the location is extremely convenient. The check-in and out process was a breeze, and the host was extremely responsive. I highly recommend it, and I would totally use it again when I am back there.

This house is located in a secure courtyard off of Wagram Avenue, steps from the Arc and Champs Elysees. The house itself is spacious and has a fully equipped galley kitchen. Markets are about a block away, and luxury shopping about three blocks. I went with a group of ten which included adults and adult/teenage children. Everyone was very happy with the accommodations. I would recommend this house to anyone who puts a premium on location.

This is a great property, with a unique setup for a family. We had the grandparents upstairs, the parents on the main floor, and the children downstairs - with bathrooms on each floor. Having the downstairs living area is great, with loads of space to lounge and play. The pool table is a great bonus. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked as well as got takeaway. Communication and check in were excellent. The location was a pleasant surprise - there are real foodie streets nearby, and you are right next to a few metro lines. Overall a great experience.

We had booked this apartment before COVID. Yohann was very flexible as we had to reschedule more than once. The property is as described in the listing. We had no issues with any of the amenities. The property is set back from the street so it is quiet. It is close to 3 metro lines so it is easy to get around for those not wanting to walk. I would stay at this property again if I was traveling with a group.

Excellent location. Clean. We stayed there for business so each of the 4 of us had our own bedroom. Just a few minutes walk to the Metro station. Several good restaurants and grocery shopping nearby. We didn't use the kitchen for cooking but it appears well supplied. Pool table in the downstairs social area was fun. The apartment is in a courtyard area so on the one hand, there is no view but on the other hand, it is isolated from the street noise so it was very quiet for sleeping. We would definitely stay there again.
