This villa is absolutely stunning and is close to everything! It was clean, in a secluded neighborhood, affordable, and homey. My friends and I enjoyed our stay here and honestly had trouble leaving the villa because it had everything we needed. Shelly was responsive and answered all questions in a timely manner. Loved it!

House was amazing. Pictures do not do it Justice. We had plenty of room for our group of 11 comfortably. House is well stocked with everything you need. My only complaint would be day before check out they tried to make us leave at 10am which is earlier that any property or hotel departure time. Our contract also said 11am. I need as much sleep before a flight as possible. Other that everything was Perfect.

Property is in good location from Grace Bay beach, restaurants & blue haven marina. The home is well-equipped, very spacious and fit our group of 6 very comfortably. Tanya was responsive, informative, and kind. We were able to check in early and she welcomed us to the property later that day and brought fresh flowers. Whether it be staying with family or a group trip, I highly recommend the property. pool area and patio is beautiful, especially during sunsets and in the evening. Don't forget to utilize the outdoor fireplace, it makes it even more picturesque. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Marina's Beach House. The house was clean and comfortable. Lots of kitchen gadgets. Lots of towels. The kids loved the pool. It was really helpful to have fast internet during our stay. There's a cool trail nearby that is walkable from the house.

We had 2 families stay with us with kids of all ages. The home was set up perfectly so everyone could spread out and enjoy elbow room. Kitchen was well equipped the the pool was a hit with everyone! The back patio was like a resort! It was extremely nice that they had beach chairs, a cooler and umbrella for our beach excursions, so accommodating!! Very happy with our choice!!

Marinas beach house!! What can I say other than RENT THIS PROPERTY!! The pictures just don't give this Villa justice! Everything there was new and modern, sleek and clean from the gas fire pits to the electric blinds. Everything was perfect. A group of nine of my girlfriends and myself came to celebrate my 40th birthday and there was plenty of space for everyone. It's located in a developing area that has security manned at the community entrance. Getting there the first time was a little tricky but once Tanya showed us that it was a straight shot down one highway from the airport to the Villa. It was easy sailing getting around the island and back. Tanya was the groundskeeper when we stayed and was extremely welcoming, communicative and helpful.... if I needed anything all I had to do was send a short text and she would respond back to me within minutes. I have already recommended this villa to three of my clients for upcoming trips and there's nowhere else on the island I would stay if and when I decide to come back. Like I said at the beginning of this review. RENT THIS PROPERTY! U won't be sorry!

Marina beach house was beautiful, clean, cozy and spacious. Everything was perfect for a group getaway. Our host was very helpful, accommodating and communicated through out our experience. We loved everything about the house and definitely will be back we have no complaints! thank you for hosting us !
