Very nice and clean home. Everything was as described. Highly recommend

Our family of 5 recently moved from Summerville to PA. We came back to town for a wedding and this home was a perfect accommodation for us all. Other family members were able to join us for dinner with ample seating and my kids loved that their rooms had a tv. Laura was easy to communicate with and genuinely cared about all our questions and concerns! We are a high environmental allergy sensitive family. As an older home, and with all the rain from tropical storm Debby - we struggled a bit with some mustyness. The property was pretty clean as well except for dust and cobwebs. Dust being another allergen we struggle with. We had a lovely stay at the home and would highly recommend it to others coming to Summerville! It’s in an excellent location.

Our son had a baseball tournament in Summerville. The house had everything we needed and was a great fit for our group of 7. Laura was excellent with communication. We enjoyed our stay even though the tournament got rained out.

This home appeared to be in a pretty sketchy location on first glance. However, upon entering the house was pristine and our fears were put to ease. There was every extra supply we could think of and the space accommodated our family size well. A morning walk proved the area safe and the beds were comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay, we would definitely stay again!

We stayed the night before our Carnival Cruise departure. We did not want to take a chance to drive our 11 hour trip straight to the port so we found this location. It worked out perfectly. The house is just a few minutes from everything you could need including Walmart, Auto Parts and plenty of food options. As important, it was only about 30 minutes from the cruise port (Charleston SC). With our family of 6, everyone had their own areas which was huge after the long car ride. By the way, our vehicle's air conditioning went out a few hours into the trip during record breaking heat. The home was nice and cool with an excellent central air system.

We were in town as firefighters participating in the annual stair climb remembering the 9/11 and Charleston 9 firefighters. The location was great being so close to other activities we had planned. The hosts were very receptive to questions and the house was well stocked. Great stay.

We did enjoy our stay here. Will definitely come back!!

This home is absolutely beautiful and in a great location near most everything you would need during a visit and close enough in driving distance to anything you’d want to see in Charleston! Our family has stayed in several vrbo’s and this was one of our favorites. Laura was quick to respond to any messages or questions I had so was a wonderful host. We have family here in Summerville so we will most definitely book again when we come for another visit!
