Location/ cleanliness

Services, struggle to get the electricity working. Showing £4 in dept after checking when there was not light and hot water to bath to go out. I called she said she will come at 5 pm never turn up A gentleman who brought some people to show them the place rescue me by fixing the electrify. Washing machine not working. No towel. No heating and Glasgow is cold.

Heating in the entire apartment was off. The bed sheets looked dirty. Fridge, stove and microwave disgusting impossible to be used. No toilet paper, towels, sink blocked, shower dirty in the bathroom. No glasses, no cutlery.

Everything was just not right.

Very friendly and helpful person. Comfy bed , quiet room. Did the job, excellent price.

The place was pretty basic but for the price I more or less expected that would be the case.

Location

The property was in good location however we were unable to open the garden area. We requested the host but she didn’t had the key for it. It’s quite difficult to stay in suffocated room specially in weather like this. Moreover the lights were quite dim which was giving me depression.

I was very disappointed...because I had booked n' paid for the room...but after I arrived the room was full

I Normally don't leave bad reviews but i feel like people need to know that The pictures on here are not even accurate, we booked 2 rooms for 1 night, 1 upstairs and 1 down stairs, apperently as we only found out after i have spoken to the lady, they were both very smelly and mouldy even the sheets etc, second one was down stairs were the front (main) door doesn't even close and is open at all times, the downstairs room is, basically the living room with a mattress on the floor(which we werent told until arrival), which the sheet were smelly and stains on it, there is also not really free parking around unless u go after 6 pm and leave before 8 am, this wasn't said either it's that we found out, the toilet and kitchen looked very unclean and smelly,windows were taped with tape. We all slept in 1 room as we felt unsafe here., I would not recommend this place.

It was all terrible. Waste of time and money.

I liked the l location and the room, plain and simple double futon. Heater, couch, large table and chairs, working lock and patio.

No bog roll, or bin

Good sized and clean room, comfortable bed, helpful staff, and most importantly is the low price

I was a bit worried originally because the price was much cheaper than others. But we found the place very nice and neat. Our room was basic but clean and cosy. Great value!

Not the easiest place to locate

Being locked in the house in the morning, after being told they didn't lock the door!!

Location is about the only thing that would be considered acceptable.

How do I start? Safety is a concern considering the door is extremely thin and secured by a budget lock from a pound shop. The photos on booking.com are extremely misleading! Not only that but the host leaves all the house keys under a mat outside the front door! Was absolutely staggered by that considering the location looks rather rough. In ten years I've only ever left one bad review but felt it absolutely necessary warning other travelers about booking with this apartment! Avoid at all costs. Now receiving calls that the owners can't find the keys I've left under that mat! Unbelievable.

They had mer sleeping on chair. The staff dididnt have a key. We were locked in all night.
