Location was perfect for our stay, and in a nice neighborhood.

Our stay was relaxing and perfect. The house is beautiful and in a very friendly quiet neighborhood! Amazing customer service and close to everything! Highly recommend!

This house was beautiful and made our trip great with the large table to play games at night. And the beautiful kitchen we cooked dinner at. The neighborhood was great and felt very safe

Overall we had a nice stay, good house for entertaining family, good neighborhood and location. Sadly, the details of the house were hardly luxurious. The pillows were lumpy and queen size cases were used on king size pillows, which left a dingy uncovered pillow sticking out. I’d be willing to forgive this, but every detail of cleaning needed work. The rugs were all filthy and when we unfolded the towels, they all looked dirty, there were fresh makeup stains and even a dead bug in one of them. We washed all the towels immediately and the stains came out, likely meaning they hadn’t been washed in the first place. The floors were haphazardly cleaned, we moved a couch to fetch a lost toy and found all manner of filth underneath it. There were hairs found on the sheets. Also the gutters were filled with leaves and one night it rained heavily and the gutters all overflowed and rain water began seeping in under the door. When we asked management how to remedy this, they suggested we use the limited bath towels they provided to sop up the water as there were no rags or dish towels to be found. Overall it was pretty icky and disappointing and left us cleaning a lot more than we cared to on vacation. All that said, it was still a nice stay in general, but given the issues I wouldn’t feel right leaving a 5 star review.

Not good mgmt in accessibility

The house was comfortable. The kitchen was very well supplied. The yard was large and great for family Frisbee, soccer, etc. As a group of nine, we loved the large table and roomy kitchen.

This house was perfect for our family! Clean house, comfy beds, great layout, very lovely and safe neighborhood, all kitchen essentials, plus coffee, sugar, spices, etc. Would definitely stay here again when in Kansas City!

The property was perfect for 3 couples, and we actually could have had 4 couples stay. There was a great kitchen and family room with plenty of places to socialize. We will absolutely stay there again.
