Our FULLY STOCKED 2022 Springdale 1800BH is LIGHTWEIGHT and can be easily towed by most SUV's and V6 trucks. Its a breeze to tow and easily maneuverable! Our RV features a queen size bed, 2 twin bunks, and a slightly larger than twin-sized foldout dinette making it perfect for a family of 4-6. This unit is the most popular Keystone bunkhouse floorplan with ample counter space, refrigerator, microwave, gas cooktop, overhead cabinets, pantry, wardrobe, TV, portable Bluetooth speaker, bedside outlets and USB charging ports, shower, foot-flush toilet, and plenty of storage space with exterior pass-through storage and more under the bed and dinette. You can run your lights, awning, water pump, cabin & water heater, fridge, and stovetop with nothing but solar and propane! Which makes Boondocking a breeze. If you're camping somewhere without water hookups, you also have the option to have Fresh Water holding tank filled with filtered water before pickup! We try to be flexible by offering a two-hour window for both pick-ups and drop-offs!! PICKUP times are between 8am-10am & DROPOFF times are between 6pm-8pm. However, we always consider requests for alternate pick-up and drop-off times on a case-by-case basis, so feel free to inquire. We try to work with everyone. PETS: We allow house-trained pets to stay in the RV. You must select the "Optional Upgrade" for the pet fee to be added to your reservation. Any pet damage identified upon return of the RV will be documented, invoiced, and sent to RVshare claims which may result in additional charges to your reservation. Any undeniable traces of chewing, scratching, or excessive pet odor are considered pet damage. Additionally, excessive pet hair (shedding) will result in an additional cleaning fee. Last-minute changes to your pick-up and drop-off times have the potential to impact other bookings as well as our personal work schedules. Any last-minute changes to your pick-up time within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup window may result in an "Early/Late Pickup (5am - 2pm)" Add-on to be added to your reservation. Any last-minute changes to your drop-off time within 24 hours of the scheduled drop-off window may result in an "Early/Late Dropoff (2pm-11:59pm)" Add-on to be added to your reservation.
