Had to cancel because as we checked in we were told that there would be no hot water for a week or more. I don’t get how they are even still booking.

It’s a bit outdated and a little worn down and it’s location makes it okay for accessibility if you are staying any length of time. We stayed before heading on a cruise and it is a bit of a drive to the dock area. Locals told us not to turn our back on luggage because it will disappear quickly. There were people hanging out all around the hotel all night even in the small wooded area behind the property. For a short stay it’s fine.

The photos definitely give a different view but it was close to the places I needed to be so I wasn’t upset. Also the microwave didn’t work at all.

Please get some people to take trash out, housekeeping etc. After 11 pm , you have to call a number, to get yourself checked in. That’s unsafe. The elevator didn’t work sometimes. It’s a big building with just one elevator. I hope you guys fix these issues.

You definitely get what you pay for with this hotel. The staff was friendly and check in/ check out was smooth. The pillows are pretty flat and the room can get pretty cold at night. But besides that it has a full sized fridge and mini kitchenette. It’s perfect for a couple looking for a simple room, nothing fancy.

They cancelled my reservation before I even got there with no text or email to notify me. We were stranded after flying 3 hrs to get there at 9p at night. Super uncool.

The hotel room that we stayed needs an upgrade- door knob bathroom broken ; dresser drawer knobs broken; staff is nice ( Jason) is helpful and friendly ; room that we first offered not clean and ready though we checked in almost 11pm ( flight delay) so we are given second flr room as a replacement

This motel was horrible. There were stains on the comforter, hair on the sink and toilet, damage to the wall in bathroom, no tissues, used bandaid on floor in corner of bathroom floor, the floor felt sticky, the bed and pillows were SUPER uncomfortable. And the people above us were stomping, moving furniture, yelling and having sex super loud from 10 pm to 3 am. And tons of people staying were smoking right outside their doorways. I would NEVER stay here again.

Well every thing has been ok then about 12:00 I woke up to the vent in the bathroom looting water out of the ceiling and around the seal on the fire sprinkler on the ceiling of the hotel room

It was nice. The only down fall was I needed to basically break down my door to get in and they only have one stair well with no vending machine or anything. The floors, shower, and toilet were kinda run down and old. There was a couple burners to cook but definitely out dated. Super rusty. If you want romance not the place. Maybe a short business stay but not a date or romantic getaway

I was totally disappointed with this property. It didn't meet my expectation. The general area is not nice because it appears that there are long-staying residents in the property. There are lots of dog pooh around the common area in the parking lot. The room is totally not clean. There are markings of glass stains on the counter tops and the counter tops are dirty. Some damage walls are visible. The air condition is not working. The newly installed thermostat is not working and the receptionist doesn't know how to operate it. No maintenance person who can help. I canceled by booking and move to a different hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

This was the dirtiest page I have ever stayed in. There's no way the room was cleaned to any kind of standard. There was long hair on my sheets, gunk all over the place, the sink wouldn't drain and the doors were locked at 3 when I tried to check in. The list goes on...

The promo photos provide a much better image than the real thing.
The room we were allocated had a hole in the bathroom wall and also had plaster falling off the walls, and while the kitchenette was an advantage there were no pots, pans, plates, cups or cutlery available to be able to cook and eat anything.
Free parking and the location however was perfect.

Sheets and pillow covers were stained. Had to ask for clean ones. Room Had a bad food smell upon entry. Broken lamps and slow draining sinks. Hairs on floor and Shower. Overall bad experience 😒🙄😢

It was horrible. When I would call to get towels they never had any . We wanted to get our room clean and no once did that happened . Bed sheets are stained with holes

It looks a little but for the price it wasn’t half bad. Staff was cool when not on a “10 minute” break. I wish they had a weather guard under door so debris wouldn’t get in when air blowing the property.

This is a pet friendly property that is also extended stay so people live there with their pets. You can smell pet urine everywhere. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy too, but Dicks Burgers were pretty good.
The lady that checked us in was friendly and efficient.
The water pressure was ok, not great but not terrible.

This property is obviously a challenge but the staff is constantly working hard to keep things in order. The front desk ladies were professional and helpful and the cleaning staff were friendly and worked really hard to do their job. I saw the grounds keeper constantly trying to keep up with the mounds of garbage being disposed of - great team!! Thanks for making me feel welcome.

Awful hotel. Tried to double charge me. Very dirty. Paid for 2 beds, only gave us 1. Didn’t give us towels. Very unprofessional staff

These rooms were disgusting. The towels were stained the bedsheets and pillowcases were stained. There were brown sticky smears on the walls and light switches. The toilet were leaking and didn’t properly flush. I rented three rooms and they were all messed up. Also, there is no breakfast, Coffee, nothing. Also, there were some very sketchy people hanging out in the rooms here. I assume a lot of drug use. I will never come back again.
