I got what I have expected.

During the breakfast time there were some of items not added, so in case you are late, you have less food :). I do not like "not environmental, not sustainable" attitude of breakfast - all on plastic dishes including cover. Finally all of this stuff thrown away (including food leftovers) in one trash bin - no separation. This is how we should not treat to our planet. But this is not only problem of this hotel, but more of hotels in US.

The bed and the food.

The adapted tub bathroom was horrendous! The bedroom carpet was filthy. I could not stand to walk on it without shoes on. The3 delivery to the airport was horrible. I understand that the airport is responsible for us being dumped in the parking garage, but that did not help us navigate the difficult process of getting from there to the airport./ The shuttle driver was of very little help to us. We are both in our 70's and not in very good health. Th trek for us to get from where we were dumped to the ticketing counter was incredibly difficult for us. We will never fly into Seattle again!

The free shuttle to the airport and nearby light rail station were awesome! Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

It was fine for a short stay in Seattle!

Noise from above disturbed sleep. Lights above microwave area were flashing on and off all night and made it impossible to sleep !

First off, the staff was great. Very friendly, professional and helpful. Check-in process was smooth and fast. The breakfast offered by the facility was very good, with many options (even for vegans). Coffee was available in the lobby 24/7, same for water. Location is strategic if you are flying from/to Seatac, and it's 8-9 mins away from car rental facilities. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus to the airport. Parking on site is plenty and free. It's right next to the highways, and easy to get to Seattle. It's located south of Seattle, which makes it easy to avoid tolls and get to the national parks faster. Would stay there again.

Nothing remarkably negative to highlight here. Bathroom was on the small side, but it was manageable. Don't have much to complain though.

It was a bit farther away from airport than I originally thought.

We could hear doors opening and closing all night. It did not help that there was a power outage, but we know that was not Hotel’s fault.

Very noisy room. Talking in the hall and other doors open and closing kept us awake.

Clean and easy to get to with airport shuttle

Leaving the lady at the desk when asked to book the airport shuttle she said all done to just wait as we did half an hour or more after we checked in with her again and she then said she forgot to call the driver but would now… this held up our time to get to the airport and check in before the flight that shouldn't have happened

Very friendly and accommodating staff, airport shuttle available at all times, great variety at breakfast and very large bed.

The hotel is a bit older.

The room was very clean and all essentials were provided. The breakfast was exceptional and coffee was available 24/7. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The free shuttle from the airport was a plus and the hotel organized transportation to the cruise port.

The neighborhood needs more restaurants

Not near too many restaurants

Breakfast was GREAT. We had an ADA room and it was well designed. We had also been booked through another booking group for a hotel that was CLOSED and had posted warning signs that were a bit terrifying. We found this place last minute and they were very welcoming.

carpet in room felt extremely dirty requested a quiet room and was assigned one right next to elevator housekeeping parked cart very noisily right outside door having difficulty getting it off elevator before 0700

Pretty small but cozy and comfortable room. Beds and pillows are good shower pressure was a little weak. Towels, shampoo, bath gel are all sufficient. Coin laundry machine available. Great hot breakfast, we have buritos, scamble eggs , sausages for 1st day. Croissant with ham sandwich, scamble eggs and spinach quiche for 2nd day. I will definitely come back again.

All around great staff. Courtesy shuttle to/from the airport was a big plus for me. Rooms, lobby and breakfast areas very clean. 3rd floor King room larger than expected with everything needed including good size closet, fridge, microwave and large work desk. Liked that the vanity was separated from shower/ toilet room and window opens a bit for fresh air. Appreciated quiet heating unit. Breakfast is basic which is fine for me. Coffee & tea available all day. Will definitely stay here in future.

A little Pricy

The room was spacious, newly decorated and well kept, clean, no funny smell, non-smoking. Perfect stay close to the airport for an early flight. Staff was friendly and parking is free.

There is very few options of food in the hotel. We arrived late and could only get two small frozen pizzas from the small market at the lobby. I believe they could improve the selection of food and beverages, since travelers staying near the airport are not very keen to drive to the city to grab a meal late at night.

The property was nice, the staff friendly but we had an unfortunate incident I feel we should be compensated for.

One of my roommates fell in the tub. There were no safety rails on sides or in front only one far behind where back towel rack is.
