Great location!!

The condo was well kept, clean and the rooms were huge! The bedrooms are nice and slept well. The bathrooms are nice and roomy, walk in showers, 2 jacuzzi tubs, plenty of towels and washcloths. Kitchen has pots, pans, coffee maker, nice countertops, big balcony with cushioned seating. We enjoyed our coffee of the morning and our devotional on the nice balcony. We got there late in the evening on our day of arrival so they worked with us to check out late because our flight out was in the late evening also. We all appreciated that so much! The only thing we missed was the heated pool, it was very cold! But the nice weather and ocean made up for it. I would recommend this property and hope to go back again myself.

The unit was perfect for our family of 7. Two master suites, one queen bedroom and one room with three beds, a well fitted kitchen and separate laundry room. End unit had extra windows and lots of light. Very cool electric shades on living room windows. The location was great - sort of in the middle between Pier Park and Thomas Drive. The unit was very clean and well set up. Our only negative was that the second master, which already has a street view vs beach view, only has a queen bed and no dresser, so it felt a bit chintzy compared to the main master. We also wish there was guest parking available for a 4rd car (especially considering it is the off season and the assigned lot was almost empty). Overall, a great stay that we will likely look to book again.

Family came down to celebrate our parents/grandparents 66th Anniversary. We needed the room so even tho the reviews were not good, we thought surely improvement had been made. We were wrong. The condo is nice & spacious, but this is where it ends. The AC was out in the big unit and it took FOUR days for replacement. TWO days for anyone to even respond and acknowledge our messages. There were ants in the condo, the cable was crappy, lots of screen freezes and the entire unit smelled of dog. And to add insult to injury, no offer of any compensation for our experience, in fact, the message inquiring as with several other messages, are still being ignored. The 4th BR was a separate suite that we weren't even given the code to upon arrival. My son & his wife worked remotely from there and left for lunch one day and the door somehow closed and when they arrived back, they couldn't get in! My son was late to an important meeting as we had to wait for someone to give us the code. Just terrible customer service and management and not worth the hassle. We've been coming to PCB for years and years. Never have we stayed at a place with so much wrong and so little customer assistance to make things right. Or pleasant. Would not recommend wasting your time or money on this place.

It was an amazing place with fantastic ocean views. Perfect for larger groups

Condo was nice for what we needed. Could use an update to all the furniture Some maintenance needed to be done. But overall it was a great space for a big group

We had an all adult family vacation and found the property to be very nice. Even though one of the rooms was full size, bunk room, and single size but we made it work. We had a couple of issues we had to call on and the response was fantastic. I do recommend this property for vacation.
