The location was great for a base for travelling around the area to see other places. The hot tub was a lovely end to the evening.

The blinds in the kitchen/dining area were not working which meant the sun was very bright in the mornings.

Property was amazing, everything we needed and more. All niceties where accommodated for from the bathroom through the the kitchen. Host checked in to ensure we had settled in well and had everything we needed. We had 4 adults, 2 children and 1 large dog. Garden was very large and secure for the dog to run free. We paid the extra for the hot tub and it didn't disappoint. Instruction given before arrival on how to gain entry to the property and use the hot tub. Gorgeous house, smart TV's in every room and plenty of space in the home. We will be visiting again. Thank you

Perfect for visiting family in Ipswich

Loved the light airy kitchen with access to the outside space for al fresco dining. The hot tub was an added bonus. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of pans and utensils for cooking a 3 course meal if needed. Bedrooms were spacious with really comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms were ideal for our family group and the additional down stairs separate toilet was a bonus. Location is easy to access from main routes. We travelled from Birmingham, Nottingham and London. Cottage is central to many Suffolk attractions whether coastal or country.

A bath towel in addition to a hand towel would be nice. Provision of bins in the bathrooms and bedrooms would be good. A cafetiere would have been a nice touch. Parking for 3 cars is tight but there is roadside parking. Some of the soap dispensers had not been refilled. But this did not impact on our stay and didn't warrant contacting the host. Just advice for the future.
