I enjoyed every part of the hotel. There's a perfect restaurant, the room is very well equipped, staff is very kind and helpful. Pool and gym were clean.

The restaurant wasn't that flexible, especially my stay in Ramadan the timing to get the muslims night meal was not as expected I faced turbulences regarding this I hope they pay more attention to this in the future

Svært lang tid å vente på div tjenester .. helt opp til 60 min.De brukte 50 min på å komme med et håndkle på gymmen - 4 personer jobbet der! Lite strukturer ved matbestilling.. Generelt lite struktur !! Nedlatende holdinger ovenfor kvinner..

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean and located very near to my work destinations. Safety measures were quite good and assuring. the view from the room was stunning and wonderful and shows the beaty of Kampala natural beauty.

Food in general was not to my preference in terms of quality and offering. Location of the hotel beside main road and poor sound attenuation was not good. Sound from overnight parties continued the long-day traffic disturbing noise.

Breakfast was good, was happy with the spread. Staff is exceptionally nice.

I was surprised to see a tag in one corner of the restaurant at breakfast sating only for the Chinese Delegation. This is the very 1st time I have seen such a tag in a hotel restaurant. Such things should be done in private dining places not where everyone comes to eat. After all we are all guests in the hotel and needs to be treated equally. Secondly the room we got after paying a premium price, was in the 2nd floor and when we open our curtains we could see only the boilers. We felt cheated and disappointed.
