The room was as pictured. Large kitchen/dining area

I wasn't sent the directions and the pin code for door had been changed from the paperwork received on booking. No one answered the phone. Very stressful and difficult to get access. No signage on outside of the door so difficult to be certain we were in right place. - luckily a cleaner finally came to door. No hot water. Host eventually in contact tried to resolve but it didnt work. Kitchen utensils poor. Only one mug and no handles on pan lids. Room quite noisy as directly above a pub. It could all have been a lot better with abit of care and attention.

Nothing about the place, but the lady making the beds was very sweet.

Everything. The room was not ready on check-in. The private toilet had an out of order suck to it. The owner responded, the shower still works and to use the toilet down the passage. Next morning was given the option to move to a different room. The music from the pub down stairs was so load (even on a Sunday and Monday night) that the beds were vibrating - Impossible to sleep before 12 at night.. The floor was shocking and urgently needs to be replaced. The mattresses were very uncomfortable and the linen was not even ironed.
