The interior all very clean with nice beds to sleep in after a long day. Theres no issue whatsoever and staff were really friendly! Staff were helping me w stuff i forgot when i check out so i am verypleased!!

I only like the cleanliness of the room, the warung and mosque nearby.

Host is extremely slow in response. Not helpful. The unit we had, the corridor area was wet when rain. The floor is slippery, didn’t inform us about bin areas, had to find out ourselves cos too much rubbish to throw. Gave us shot glasses n no mugs for hot drinks. Induction cooker not working, water pressure too low.. omg too much to talk bout the cons. When booked, initially i booked with the 3 futon beds, check with host, didn’t even reply. I didn’t get what i booked for. So disappointed. Improve on the host service. Otherwise I would give a good rating.

Master room has 2 big beds, towels and rooms are clean and view is perfect. Everything is great!

There are no hangers, no rubbish bins in toilets and there is no aircon in the smallest room.

The scenery and the comfortable location. Foodstalls are nearby.

There is no provision for bins or litters to throw. At least some form of entertainment e.g PS5 or karaoke for enjoyment.

CLEANLINESS AND THE QUIETNESS

LOCATION WISE AND INITIAL CHECK IN PROCEDURES.

The bed was very comfortable exactly what was shown on the photos. The room and toilet are very clean.

In this studio apartment there are 2 units. Neighbour is terribly noisy even after 11pm. The room itself was so small squeezey that is hardly any comfort for pax of 4. The worst part of this stay is the about host. This apartment is only allotted one designated parking lot in the building. At the time when checking in we were told the lot was taken by the neighour so there are no lot for us. The host should have sort out this mess but instead asked me to talk to the security guard hoping the guard can give me a lot. This is terrible honestly. Thereafter the response from the host is irresponsible.

Location is close by the Causeway but unnecessary because the traffic is heavy. If you plan to get in and out of the apt. you have to go through heavvvy traffic. If you are travelling via a vehicle, my suggestion is to choose somewhere a little further so will face heavy traffic once when you are entering Singapore. This location is also good, if you walk or use Grab. The swimming pool is good. Shower water pressure is good. Includes liquid soap and shampoo. Disposing your trash is easy. It's next to the elevator labeled as "Bin Room".

Service Customer service from the property takes a long time to respond. Not instant. Customer service from Booking.com also has limited way to contact them. Only via phone or text through App. Text is not good. It says it will take 24 hours to respond. Via phone, it says toll free but international call from your cell phone plan may charge a roaming rate for international call regardless whether it is toll free. Unless, you have an upgraded plan that includes free roaming calls. If you have a local phone, there may be a charge and varies by plan. Customer service usually takes about more than 15 minutes to get some kind of resolution. Apartment Bed is a little bit on the firm side. Pillows are not good. Very high/thick. I got a stiff neck by sleeping on it. The rooms are tight but passable when your luggage are on the floor. Limited hangers. There are ants in the apt. Only one pot, one pan and one spatula to cook in the kitchen. ONE set (6 people) of dining set that includes cups, silverware and plates. No basic things such as salt or pepper, or colander to wash your produce. Laundry washing machine is included but NO clothes rack to hang clothes(?? makes no sense) Floor mats at the kitchen and floor rug under the coffee table may look beautiful but poor quality. We got tripped over a few times. They are very thin and no traction at the bottom. When walking on the rugs, they slide too. Parking It says, Level 5. But they are narrow subfloors too. So, we have to go Level 1, 1A, 2, 2A, 3, 3A and up to Level 5. Maybe if you drive a small car, you are able to navigate at ease. Driving a MPV and navigating through all levels to L5 takes a little more skill. If you are a Malaysian, you don't need to pay RM10 Tourism Tax per night. So, please check your Booking.com set up and make sure that your nationality & address fields and not some other countries. The Tourism Tax is automatically added to your total and to get them back is a hassle. Happy Travels!

Water pressure too low,need to bath abit hard, lift too slow I stay in 34floor need take long time . Environment not bad,feel relax but in night cannot sleep well , too noisy cos in front is Custom.sound pollution. And deposit return too slow , need to using 2 working day to return .

Self check in was a bit hassle, was told able to go up to apartment but went up, it was still cleaning and was told by the cleaner there was a pipe burst. Was asked to wait but we requested for a chg of room. Access card was only given one and its inconvenience for us travelling with 6 family members.

Twin Tower Residence by Glex is an amazing place to stay in. 1st: Cleanliness in apartment were superb! 2nd: Access to apartment no hassle! 3rd: Swimming pool were huge & awesome! 4th: Beds Pillows were so comfy! 5th: Ramly Burger stall nearby just made it PERFECT!!!

The location is great. The apartment is clean. The view was superb as it is a high rise floor unit. The facilities are great. The checking in was breeze. No hassle. The best check in ever. Recommended for a short stay as the apartment is well taken care of. Most importantly, the safety of the property is good.

Quite heavy traffic at surroundings area

love the table setting, the exceptional view and the spacious rooms, the projector for movie watching with the big sofa, the washing machine ( always handy when you travel with kids) and the hanging clothes section, the wide bathrooms and the fully functioning kitchen. On top of that, they have the wide and long swimming pool..this low density apartment allow us to have this pool almost all to ourselves! very new and modern, with a scandinavian look..the gym is top floor so you have a nice view of singapore just right over there..

I like it so much, there's nothing not to like!

Everything! Facilities, cleanliness, location, it's just a perfect place for a getaway in JB.

The switches were confusing, nonetheless all are good.

We loved the coziness of the interior which we could rest comfortably. The projector provided was another bonus point to all of us to enjoy movies and videos. Overall it was a very satisfied stay! 😀

I love that the apartment is very clean and feels new. It made my whole family get comfortable quickly. No weird smell, floors were sparkly clean and the aircon was super cold. It was a pleasant stay at the apartment.

There was only one small wardrobe and limited hangers so you can't hang your clothes. Also, service is a tad bit slow. Thankfully I was able to book the apartment last minute (the day before). Check in was supposed to be at 3-3:30PM but agent informed that their staff was still cleaning the apartment at 3:10PM and room details was finally sent at 3:15PM. We loved the apartment but we feel the service could do better. Could ensure cleaning to be done before the allocated check-in time 👍🏻
