Craig was an amazing host with exceptional communication skills, and attention to detail that made our stay here with our 5 kids feel like a second home. There was so much here for the kids, including the beautiful backyard (the arcade machine was a bonus for the biggest kid *cough*Dad*cough*). The house itself was clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, well appointed, and really comfortable. The beds and bedding were amazing. We were able to cook meals in the kitchen as if we were at home. It was also in a perfect location for our sight-seeing whilst in Rotorua - close to everything. We loved our stay here, and are so grateful to Craig for his amazing hospitality.

Everything is well organized to let guests feel relaxed and hospitality .

Extremely spacious house. Exceptionally clean as well. Loved our stay and if we are in Rotorua again we will definitely choose your property to stay at.

Nothing at all

The property is very clean and cozy with lots of areas to move around and all the furniture and fixtures are new. There is a yard, which is equally neat and tidy.

A lovely place to stay, quiet neighbourhood, felt safe. Owner was great to deal with. If you have your own transport this is a great retreat.

It was very easy to communicate with the host. The house is newly renovated and insulated, It was very warm and dry, all the beds has electric blanket on it. The house is located in safe and quiet street, short drive to the town centre. We spent perfect family holiday in this property.

Just one downside was the paint smell when we just arrived. The house was very clean and tidy, looks like newly renovated, the paint smell was probably from the renovation. However, we got used to of the smell, it was fine with us after 2 days.

Location was perfect, it was one of the homes that you enter and go wow this is so pretty and well kept. Refreshing after a tiring day. Loved the lounge. Would definitely return if coming to Rotorua.

I found the master bed to be a little hard for my comfort. Also, while the last person in our group still was to shower, next day just after 9:30am there wasn't enough hot water. It was too close to our checkout time hence we didn't contact the hosts. Everything else was spot on.
