Goed ontbijt en ruime kamer. Perfecte ligging.
Er waren nog geen stoelen/bedjes rondom het zwembad klaargemaakt. En het was onverwacht warm dus vandaar wel handig geweest.

The size of the rooms
Not accessible - had to leave prams in entrance that was open to the public in the day - not secure. Upon checking out, the door to access this entrance was locked so I had to climb over the staircase to remove both my pram and car seat in order to leave the hotel. There was a problem with the air conditioning in my room and it was blowing the smell of cigarettes through continually for my 3 day stay (I don’t know where the fan unit for this was placed but it was obviously in the wrong location). I did raise this at 1 am on my first night as it was so strong that I couldn’t sleep and I had my baby with me but it was not addressed by management. Finally, I had requested a cot for my stay and was provided with a “next to me” crib only suitable for babies from birth to six months and not appropriate or safe for my 18month old. Had a dispute on check in regarding this and the charge for it with what I can only assume was the manager - not a pleasant start to the trip.
I didn’t have time to rectify my problems or chase with management as I was in Alaro for my sisters wedding.

Location is fantastic. Right in the beautiful square of Alaró. Rooms are spacious and absolutely spotless. The bed was huge and comfy. Amazing shower. Beautiful, peaceful pool area. The evening menu from the restaurant is well worth trying. We dined two nights in a row it was so good - definitely one of our favourite meals of the holiday. We weren't able to get wifi in our room due to some outage in the village the days before we arrived, however, it was easily connected (and fast) in the common areas. Very convenient parking if you reserve and a delightful body of staff to make your stay comfortable. We would highly recommend Can Xim and the gorgeous village of Alaro.

The hotel is charming with comfortable spacious rooms. The breakfast is good, served overlooking the pool and garden. The pool area is tranquil. The restaurant has a good selection of delicious food and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The stairs are a little steep and as it is an old building there is no lift. people with mobility issues may struggle

Fabulous hotel and great staff. Typical traditional Mallorcan style. The rooms are super airy and lovely views from the front over a beautiful square looking out to the mountains. The hotel is very clean. Really enjoyed our stay. Would recommend. We ate at the hotel a few times and were always impressed with the quality of the food too. It has everything even a lovely quiet pool in the garden.

Perfect location right at the town square. A pretty big room with a comfy bed. Good level of cleanliness with daily cleaning.
On a couple of occasions there were some issues with internet connection that lasted for quite a long time.
It would be nice to have some more kitchen accomodations, because the restaurant was closed during my stay and also other restaurants were working in quite limited opening hours due to covid restrictions, but that's understandable in a hotel.

The location and setup of the hotel is really welcoming and cozy, there is a great pool in the garden behind the hotel which has sun beds and chairs to relax, there is also plenty of grass to lay on and sunbathe. Near the pool is a large dining area for lunch/dinner. The food is good but quite a limited menu. The room was nice and comfortable with a street view of the plaza, bed was also very good.
The general lack of staff, I only spoke with one member throughout the stay and one woman at dinner, otherwise it’s very difficult to find anyone. Half the time I thought they’d just left the hotel.
