Was a wonderful place to be for the few days we were in OH.

A nice home cleaned we to shopping and dining options. Clean and nicely decorated. There is only one bathroom so just need to keep that in mind.Enjoyed the updated appliances in the kitchen.

Wanted a house with a fenced yard after a long 10 days away from home. We were back in Dayton for my mother in law’s funeral. Going back to a hotel with two Golden Retrievers wasn’t appealing. They loved having a yard to run in, and we enjoyed walking in the neighborhood emeach morning as we do at home.

Check in was easy. House was very clean. Very convenient location to Fraze Pavillion, restaurants and Air Force Museum. Very quiet neighborhood.

This stay suited our needs perfectly. We were traveling from TN for our nephews wedding. It was centrally located between the wedding venue and the Wright Bros Museum (quick side trip). Theresa was easy to contact and always responded promptly. Beautiful house in a nice quiet neighborhood with a lot of surrounding food and grocery. Theresa was very accommodating as were were traveling with our pet bird. Highly recommend and would def stay here again!

A nice, clean mid century home good for a family vacation of up to 6. Lovely back yard, easy check-in, quiet neighborhood. We were stopping just for one night on a long-distance move, with myself and my spouse and my co-worker and her mom and a cat and dog. Laminate flooring throughout made me feel comfortable about pets not having a lasting impact!
Would definitely stay again.

Nice 3 bedroom house in quiet neighborhood. Fenced in back yard which was great for my dog. Neighborhood has sidewalks for walking. Close to grocery store, restaurants, and shopping mall.
Felt like home away from home. Definitely would stay there again.

This was a perfect property for our trip to Dayton. Check in was amazingly easy. The property was super clean and pictures very accurate. The location is in a safe neighborhood and close to so many things. Would definitely stay here again and recommend!!!

Check-in was simple; the house was clean and well equipped—kitchen, bath towels, bed linens. (I missed having a dishwasher, but refrigerator and stove were good quality and clean.)
My tiny dog loved the fenced-in backyard. (Luckily he wasn’t scared of the 3 gigantic, but silent, dogs across the fence.) It’s a pleasant, quiet family neighborhood. Easy access to major roads, parks, and a great shopping mall.

Our time in our Vrbo was good! We found that it was comfortable & very much felt at home! I just wanted to tell you that the Hot Water heater sounded funny at times.

Absolutely loved this house. It was so clean and cozy. It was perfect for our family including our fur babies! Centrally located to whatever you may need. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice 3 bedroom 1 bath. Large livingroom. About 15 mins from most things around town. Didnt bring our pet. But nice to have that option. Just a few little things needed a little attention. Would recommend.

Needed a place for my family and some extended family to stay over the weekend for a wedding and one that did not break the bank. This was a nice little house that gave us just that. Close to a lot of good restaurants. The owner/manager was easy to get a hold of and quick with responding. Check in and out process was very simple.
