Квартира просто восхитительная! Очень чисто, аккуратно, все новенькое, очень хорошо обставлена и есть все необходимое. Мы получили подробную инструкцию как добраться, бесконтактный чек-ин. Отличное расположение, центр города в пешей доступности, как и все основные достопримечательности.

Несмотря на то, что квартира расположена на окраине, очень большой трафик, и ОЧЕНЬ тонкие окна. Слышимость просто ужасная. Спать невозможно, так как доморощенные водители мотоциклов и мопедов безостановочно газуют под окнами. Единственный минус этой прекрасной квартиры

Die Anlage an sich war klasse. Es gab einen Pool, einen Balkon und einen Aufzug. Das Studio hat einen tollen großen Balkon zum Wasser. Ruhig gelegen

Es war etwas schwierig, die große Straße zu überqueren. Die Anlage bedarf einer Renovierung

The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. However, there was a used mineral water in the fridge, but it's fine, I didn't use the fridge anyway.

The room upstairs was so loud. Footsteps, moving of the furniture and everything. The soundproofing of the room was also not good enough, I could hear children's voices from the swimming pool. The room was on the 6th floor.

Se nota que el propietario ha querido hacer de su alojamiento un sitio cómodo. La cama estaba bien, TV, nevera, aire acondicionado... el wifi funciona bien, y piscina en el complejo aunque no la utilizamos. Justo delante del complejo hay un centro comercial y la distancia al centro es bastante fácil de hacer, unos 15 minutos caminando.

Esto es muy usual en el sudeste asiático pero no me gusta que no haya separación de la ducha y el wc, se queda todo mojado, y hubiese agradecido una toalla para los pies al salir de la ducha. Lo que menos me gustó fue que, el apartamento se encuentra en lo que parece era un antiguo complejo hotelero que ha cerrado y ahora son apartamenos individuales, por lo que el mantenimiento de las zonas comunes está un poco abandonado (parece que están intentando hacer mejoras poco a poco) pero por el momento se nota el abandono que ha sufrido. Y para poder salir a la calle solo hay una salida, que está en la zona opuesta a la zona centro de Melaka por lo que es un poco pesado tener que hacer ese camino cada vez que quieras salir a conocer el lugar

Really enjoyable stay here. Nice to have a kitchen and lounge area to relax in after traveling. Across the road from mall and food stalls etc. Easy walking to historical district too.

The apartment was clean.

The accommodation provides you with a whole range of information about what you are not allowed to do. However, important information is missing in order to be able to use this apartment without complications. There is a lack of information, simply a small handbook. This is particularly important because there is no contact person on site. You have to write a WhatsApp for everything. It works reasonably well, but you have to know that first. If you arrive in Malaysia by bus, as I did, and the data roaming doesn't work, you have no way of finding out these things. Thanks to the helpfulness of a cab driver who gave me a hotspot, I got the access data for my accommodation and found my apartment in this large complex. I think that's better. The pool is also very large but also very shallow for the most part and there are no sun loungers, just a few plastic chairs.

A very pleasant place. Felt very homely. The staff online was very helpful. Walking distance to melaka historical site and jonker street.. You can literally walk to mahkota parade and adjourn to jonker street and the historical sites. The suite had all amnesty for a family of 4 or 5.. Looking forward to come back.. Value for money place..

THE PLACE IS NICE! It is clean, AC is working, Smart TV has netflix, hot water is working, kitchen was clean. And plus IT IS INSTARGAMABLE. I choose this place cuz it is just right across Mahkota Medical Center. Walking distance 5 mins to the hospital, it also has shopping malls near by, so it is easy to find foods. I would definitely stay stay here again if I visit Malacca

The only thing is the Wifi, wifi got glitch and CS is fast respon, but it doesn't bother me too much cuz I have my international roaming data.
